Candlewood Suites Dallas-Frisco NW Toyota Ctr, an IHG Hotel

Room service regulation is so strict and rigid. They only offer covers and linen change for one week + stays

Everything was clean, our room was nice. The staff was efficient and kind. We had a smooth, comfortable stay. The kitchenette and free laundry is a huge plus.

Appreciate that they are accommodating towards changing schedules of a travel soccer family. Front desk was friendly and understanding.

Stayed for 5 nights. Coffee maker didn't work, no body wash and beds not made. It reaked of headache inducing disinfectant.
I didn't get my rewards point either.

Pros:
Very convenient location to the soccer fields, which is why we were there.
Suite has a separate bedroom with a door and pull-out couch in living room.
Elevators are pretty quick.
There is a water fill machine in the gym.
The fridge and kitchen came in very handy!
Cons:
The floor was disgusting. Like it had grease all over it.
For it being pet friendly, you would think there would be more than a few patches of grass to walk the dog.
The AC unit in the living room wasn't cooling properly, and refused to send anyone to look at it. The thermostats said it was in the low 60's, but it was more like 75 or higher.
No restaurant on-site. Only a few snacks for sale at a high price.
Lastly, I left my very nice phone charge plugged in by the bed. I called a few hours after checkout, and they couldn't find it but told me to call back in 20 min. I called back and there was still no sign of it, so he said he'd leave them a note to check the room again. I called back later and still no sign of it. That tells me it was stolen. There was no manager there to speak with at that time.

Very nice, clean and convenient. Very close to Toyota center, about a 5 min walk. Staff was friendly and helpful, did lack on some amenities and did look like the hotel shared a pool with a Holiday Inn, but we didn’t venture that way.

Nice stay overall.

Back in March I took a new job in Prosper. I would stay here in the suites during the week and I would drive home on the weekends till we got settled. I did this for a few weeks. I was super happy with my room set up, the staff and the overall clean and presentability of the place. I would recommend to any family or friends that are traveling in. Great pricing during the week

If you ever come to Frisco and need a place to stay Candlewood is the best hotel for the amounts of nights your trying to stay at. Once you step foot in the room you booked on you will fall in love! The room has a stove, it’s own mini fridge with a lot of space in it, their beds are so comfortable with double sheets, and their restrooms are beautiful and clean. Once your leaving the hotel and need a drink or snack for the road-trip, theirs a big pantry with a lot of snacks, drinks, food for your dog, coffee, and they also have personal stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, detergent, brushes and more! This hotel is the best hotel to stay the night at it is really a 5 stars!

Service was terrible, I screwed on the rates that originally were coded to me by one manager. The next manager reversed it and it cost me three nights of sleep that I had to pay. So I will never come to this location again. The amount of money they were charging versus the room were completely outlandish. I don't recommend it not by what I just went through and nobody seems to care there.

Was just there for 7 days for the Dallas Cup.hotel was nice and suitable for the stay.rooms were clean and my view was nice. Noah worked 3-11 shift and his customer service was awesome.super helpful.my daughter didnt get that vibe from the day shift.hotel is walking distance to FC Fallas stadium and so many shops n eateries. I didn't take pics of the rooms whereas I was in 12 cities in those 7 days.here's what I could find.the pool and patio area are shared by both candlewood and the holiday Inn next door.

This was the worst experience I had staying in a hotel. I was one a GM in the mid 90’s to the 2000’s! I checked in after a long day of traveling and watching my daughter compete in the State Powerlifting meet. We checked in around 7: 30 pm! Paid for the room on my debit card and proceeded to our room to leave our belongings and left to have dinner! Arriving back to the hotel the key cards granted us access in to the hotel but not our room! I went to the FD and spoke to Noah who was the agent who checked me in. He said I locked you out for nonpayment! I showed him my bank account statement showing where I was debited 135.87. He reluctantly reprogrammed our keys. Took a shower and had a missed call from the FD! He said his manager told him I needed to pay again. I asked him to call his manager (J. Smith) and no luck! I had no choice to give him my debit card again and he said he was going to manually enter it and it wouldn’t be charged! Which I knew that’s not was going to happen. Night shift charged my debit card again for the same amount. Could not get ahold of anyone from management to rectify the problem! I went to the FD at 2: 30 wanting to c/o and he said I was never checked in but was charged twice! I wanted to c/o at 5: 30 and asked for a receipt and he had so many excuses why not to give me a receipt! Drove 6+ hours back home! Oh I forgot, the agent was dead asleep with his feet propped up on the desk. He was startled that I was there!

Candlewoods are great. Free Laundry and a almost full kitchen sans oven. Really great place for folks who work on the road.

Great little kitchenette for a short stay. Small t.v. For the two beds to easily view. Clean room, clean gym, clean laundry room, which is free to guests. Alright service. Would stay again.

These people made me feel welcome and cared for during what could have been one of the hardest moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The Rooms were clean and big and they had a kitchenette too! Plenty of parking and safe and the hotel also has a convenient store ans free coffee and tea. You will enjoy your stay and their prices are unbeatable!
