Candlewood Suites Houston - Pasadena, an IHG Hotel

Room was nice as usual, but I dislike that you have to stay there longer to even get your room serviced. Maybe that is a candlewood thing, but a suggestion would be to at least have the trash taken daily. I also did not like that you have to bring your towels downstairs to exchange them. Can't pick up any towels without exchanging them. So this place was just okay. Will prob not stay here again w/the towel situation. What an inconvenience.

Great location. Excellent hotel service. Fresh towels daily. Work out gym and free laundry for washing clothes. Definitely a great experience.

The manager changed our room which they promised was accessible for accommodations. When we arrived and checked in they lied and told us they made several attempts to call and notify us of the changes. The room was stale and we requested for the sheets change, they were hesitant to do it and the front desk said it’s only to be changed once a week. Very grossed during our two nights stay.

This was the perfect place for a night or a week or two. Beautiful rooms. Love the kitchen.full size refrigerator, big deep sink, two burner stove top, and full size microwave. We had the disability access room, and there were plenty of grab bars around the toilet and in the bathtub. The quen-size bed was very comfortable. If I have company staying in the area, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the front desk lady working at 9 pm Sunday night. The room was not as clean as other Candlewood locations we’ve stayed at in the past. There was hair on the sheets and pillowcases and in the bathroom floor. Left over trash under chairs and in drawers from previous guests. The person at the front desk was really nice and apologized but ik its not her fault. We were to tired from driving to ask for a different room or to make a fuss but we were extremely unhappy with our stay

I was staying at the Candlewood Suites in Pasadena TX my company vehicle was broken into and so were other vehicles in their parking lot. Not safe no security better off staying outside of Houston area.

Staff was very nice and so helpful. Room was large and had 2 nice queen size beds. It had a recliner in our suite but no couch. Very quite room.

Will be going back to stay for a few weeks, it is very quiet, has lots of amenities, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Pets welcome but has no pool.

DO NOT BOOK. Area was hit with tornado and hotel lost power for 2+ days. We had to stay in another hotel with power. We attempted to cancel the reservation, and they would not refund due to 'an act of god'. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I can't say anything because we were unable too check in due to tornado hit near by and all power were out but Katie the front desk clerk was very helpful and professional.

With exception of the tornado that went right by the hotel I liked the place, good location with services all over. When I left today the power was still off, they made it as pleasant as possible.

Room was very clean and nice. And front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful.we will stay again

Booked through Priceline, changed my mind not even 30 minutes after booking because check in time was at 3 pm the next day and I needed the room that night. I was charged in full, after talking to Priceline they suggested I call Candlewood which I did and nothing was done, they stated it was company policy. How do you charge for a room that wasn't stayed in and was canceled not even 30 minutes after booking?

Just poor policy and the employees are no better. I hope the $100 is worth a negative review. Given how everything was handled save the generic apology.

Not good service. One of the lady was telling me I can’t change my reservation to get in early. Been driving all day just trying to get some sleep.
