My family and I we're looking for a hotel to stay at in town due to our air conditioner going out! The staff was very courteous. We were pleasingly surprised with Coty the maintenance man who was always eager to help! He went out of his way several times for us. I can't say enough about his work ethics! I will definitely be telling my family and friends! Thank you Coty for making a difficult time so much easier!

Stayed here with my family and had a great stay. The Maintenance man, Coty, was very helpful with anything we needed for our stay. Definitely will be back just because of him!

Great location right off the interstate, next to Walmart. Had a small issue with the ac in our room. Their maintenance guy Coty went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and we were comfortable! Huge shout out to him. Texas heat is ridiculous!

My husband and I chose to stay in this hotel simply based on the approach and first impression created by the front office staff Vanessa. She was great in receiving the customer, hearing out to exactly understand what the customer is looking for and she does her very best to offer the best available options. The total approach of the front desk including the GM Amanda it was a pleasant experience at this hotel. We will surely visit again.

We booked this hotel using my fiancé IHG rewards and we were very disappointed to say the least, our room was filled with bugs and roaches, we went down to tell the front desk attendant and the person simply did not care at all and switched us to a different room. Hospitality sucked all around as well as the room.

My company did a 12-day reservation room, I found a nasty coffee maker with an old coffee filter inside. I talked to the front desk worker about it, a very young lady, maybe a teenager, and she limited to say sorry, she didn't take any action to correct the problem. Asked her about the manager, the answer was nobody is here till tomorrow. She gave me the manager business card to call her to solve the issue. I never had help to make my breakfast coffee. I'm very offset because we're paying a lot of money for a bad service. You are losing a customer, and I will contact my company to not use this kind of hotel anymore. I'm still here at my room waiting for help or move out.

Roaches, stunk and looked dirty shower had a dirty towel in there at check in didn't get the ones on my food that I had to throw away I had just picked it up to eat. Told them they might want to spray the rooms and all I got was a ok

Found dishes in dishwasher. Tv in LR only had 4 channels and couldn't access any of the items on the internet. Said cable was disconnected or it was set up wrong.
Tv in BR doesn't work at all.
Front desk wasn't any help. Certainly won't stay here again. Paid $170.00 for a suite and could have done better at Motel 6.
This place needs to be closed down. The carpets in the hallways smell.
Not sure is elevator is going to get you to your floor. Alarm went off twice because door would close. Probably overdue for inspection.

Was handed a can of air freshener at check in, because the room smelled off.
Encountered cockroaches in the kitchen area multiple times. Low water pressure in the shower. Recliner was broken.

The rooms are nice, but we weren't given any soaps or anything besides what was left in some barely filled bottles in the bathroom.

I arrived during an ice storm and their automated doors were not working. Exhausted n a senior I had to struggle to open two doors to get in, to get out, to get in. That was grueling. Sometimes I got help from someone (not front desk). I checked in paying a lot cuz I knew pantry would save me some unpacking in the dark n cold. I got to the room and the recliner would not recline. I looked at the dishes n the usual two of everything was not there. Only one bowl n only one fork etc. This place is getting to be more n more a challenge. Plugged phone into wall and nearly shorted out my cell phone but caught it in time.outlet overheated my plug for charging cell phone. Okay I'll use the pantry I came for, paid extra for. Let's see. Instant oatmeal, cocoa, crackers, cookies milk.got my list n.none of it was in the pantry. There were just power drinks, one water, cold cereal, one candy bar. That's it. Except laundry essentials Okay I'll order delivery but food delivery canceled cuz too dangerous for driving n that says me a non local isn't going anywhere.off to sleep with my candy bar.

The staff is very helpful and considerate. They are on top of any problems we have. Very impressed with Amanda and Vanessa. The maintenence guy is always asking if we need anything and on top of it if we do. We love our stay here and will always stay here when in town.

Never make a reservation with this hotel. My reservation was made on 11/9/22 confirmation # was given #43458804, check in was for 11/15/22 arrived @ 6: 10 PM drove for 7 hrs and get to the hotel and was told by the night worker at the front desk that they had to give our room away to this company that they have a contract with. Never called and never email us to say that we had to give your room away. The lady at the front desk was very rude and on the phone with her boss to say I was rude. No I was very upset because this never happen to me at a hotel. I thought once you make your reservation your room will be available. That is what reservation is for. I will be going to the corporate on this issue. Very poor services and when you drove so far.

The only issue with the hotel is the laundry room. They always have issues with the machines. They need to upgrade to commercial type machines because there are alot of oilfield workers staying there and some of them don't follow machine instructions very well and miss use them.
