Canine & Co. Dog Resort, Rockwall TX

This place is a home away from home for my two dogs! We use them for daycare, boarding and grooming and I would highly recommend them for everything. Both dogs look so happy on the webcams for boarding every time. They are so accommodating to our older dog and take great care of him. Emily the groomer does a fantastic job with both dogs and really listen to your request, plus when I brought in my younger dog, she even gave me an extra scarf for the older one who doesn't do well in car rides on the way to grooming anymore so he wouldn't feel left out. They are fair priced, the facility is always clean, and staff will go above and beyond for your dogs. Glad we found this place!

I adopted my German Shepherd just before she turned a year old. Not sure about here first year but she gets very nervous when I leave her anywhere. Canine & Company takes great care of Roxie as we’ve used all their services (boarding, day care & grooming). They are so patient when I drop her off and don’t just rush her to the back.
I LOVE their groomer! She does a great job and Roxie is at ease with her.

This place is incredible! My dog Lucy has gone here for over a year now and they take such good care of here anytime I have boarded and taken her to day care. They were always honest and transparent with me anytime they thought there was something going on or if they were concerned about anything she was doing. They are not just in it for the money. They truly take care of your dog and treat them like family. She always comes home tired from day care after running around with the other dogs. If they were ever concerned she looked too fatigue they would pull her and give her a break for an hour. It was also a bonus that I can look on there website and see her playing!
I am so sad that we do not live as close anymore so she isn't coming as frequent. I just don't how any other place could be better. Don't hesitate to bring your dog here! They are the very best at what they do!

Absolutely love Canine & Co. Dog Resort! They take such good care of Walter, my 8 month old Frenchie. Place is always super clean and full of friendly staff. My pup has some anxiety and he’s a bit of a diva now with all of his requirements to keep him safe at night. Canine & Co. Dog Resort was happy to accommodate his needs to keep him happy and healthy! We’ve used their boarding services and have a daycare package. Thanks for everything!

I've had dogs and have been fortunate not to have to board them. Now that I have 2 new additions, I've taken a different view, and we were lucky enough to find Canine & Co.
I love their faculty, facility, and policies. They keep their place very clean, take great care of our pets, communicate, and they don't nickle and dime every service!

Great place to board your dog. The attendants are very caring and give lots of attention to your dog and will recognize issues or concerns with dog while staying there. We have been taking our Doberman there for over two years and he loves the place and so do we. My dog is always clean smelling, no scars or marks or fleas have ever been observed on my dog. Also there are webcams for you to check up on your dog anytime you feel like checking up.

I started taking our dog here after I changed jobs. He LOVES it! Each yard is well supervised and plenty of room for the high energy and spots for the more relaxed. The staff is attentive to him and I can tell each time I peek in on him through the webcam he feels safe and happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Canine & Co. Dog Resort. They have created an environment for dogs to enjoy being dogs which is safe and friendly. 5 happy tails from Sammy!

My 8 month old mini schnauzer has been seeing Diana since she was a few weeks old. Stormi always leaves in such a great mood and looks really good! I would 1,000% recommend!

Our dog had a great experience. We loved that we could check up on our him by looking at the webcams. Very clean facility and nice staff. We will be using them again in the future.

Our fur babies (Charlie & Lucy) absolutely LOVE this place! They stayed at this resort while we went on a week-long vacation. This facility provides webcams where you can see them play and interact with other fury friends and keep up with them while you’re away. The staff are quite friendly and you can see how much they enjoy what they do as they provide so much care and attention to every fury guest that stays at their resort. We also had them groomed today and they look fantastic! Our fur babies will definitely be back and we’d highly recommend this resort to anyone needing boarding services for their fury friends.

I love it here. I feel like I know my baby is safe while he’s here. George (that’s my dog) isn’t the most social dog but I know he’s well taken care of here. Take your dog, you won’t regret it

I brought my adorable Miniature Schnauzer Molly here for grooming. I am sooooo delighted by the job Diana did on her. She arrived looking like a teddy bear but that’s not very good for the hot summer. I actually didn’t think she could look any cuter. I was wrong Diana made her look so adorable and so girl like, while still looking like a schnauzer.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful job done on her grooming.

Molly has also attended day care here. I will absolutely bring her back if I have need of boarding or daycare in the future.

Do not take your pet here unless you want them abused and tormented. Why does this place have cameras if they will do anything with them on? Imagine being across the country and your pets are being treated like this and there is no way to get to them… horrifying. Since this incident the owner or someone is having people leave good reviews so the ratings don’t go down. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

The dog's name is Oliver, one of your employees decided to chase him around for over 20 minutes for apparently no reason other than to scare him. Even though he was terminated, he was fired for his remarks to the owner as this issue was brought to him, NOT for how he treated the animal. This resolution seemed appropriate enough to Julia (the owner) and she saw no issue with it, offering no monetary, emotional or professional support or compensation. When approached by several family members and friends she practically laughed the situation off and said that Oliver "looks fine now" and dismissed it as something trivial. DO NOT bring your pets here if you want them to be treated decently.
