Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station

Very friendly staff, rooms were nice, clean and had coffee machine in the rooms. Only downfall, breakfast wasn't included and the price for said breakfast was ridiculous.

I will say the hotel is really nice! We had a balcony in our room & it was beautiful. We just couldn’t enjoy it due to the weather. Upon arrival the gentleman who checked us in was extremely accommodating & attentive! He had superb customer service. Whenever we would leave or come back the ladies at the front desk would always greet us or tell us to have a nice evening! I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast & the restaurant was closed due to the holiday. The only downside was the fact there were not enough towels in the room but I caught house keeping in the hall to get more! I’d definitely stay here again when the weather is nicer to enjoy the balcony! And yes you do have to pay to park but most hotels are charging a fee to park these days so that wasn’t a big deal for me!

Every time we’re in town we stay here. Only thing is the food could be better. But it comes from next door. So i won’t downgrade their stars for that. Always get a balcony. The view is amazing.

This hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s superior in cleanliness. So for the downside…the staff at this hotel are condescending and not helping, with the exception of the valet parking staff, who are awesome! The breakfast is atrocious. We paid 55$ for 2 adult and one child breakfast to include cold eggs, greasy bacon, cold pastries and watered down orange juice. In addition, we had breakfast at 9 and the coffee was cold. We were told there was no microwave anywhere in the facility and they would not make more coffee as breakfast was almost over? ! The breakfast staff was very rude, unhelpful and basically stood and watched us eat just waiting for us to leave then packed it up. I just feel that having to pay 25 for parking and 55 for breakfast makes this a no stay again location. In addition, we were told all the ice machines were down except the ones the staff had access to, so every time you needed ice, we had to call the front desk. I also had to use my hair dryer to heat up my child’s food as there are no microwaves anywhere, they just want you to purchase more of their food. Hilton should be ashamed.

I have a lovely 4-days stay at the hotel. Staff especially Josie on the front desk is really sweet and accommodating! I would definitely come back! Place is close to some establishments! Nice location!

This hotel delivers incredible value for the price you pay. I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels and resorts, and the rooms here are on par with all of them — for 1/3 of the price. I strongly recommend staying here.

Favorite stay of the year and I travel monthly for work. Close to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, even clubs if you are into that. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, eco friendly, huge beautiful and clean rooms. Actually disappointed to see such bad reviews before coming here. I felt nothing short of accommodated and happy with my stay. I was even given an early check in and late check out. And parking is super easy to navigate in a busy part of the city.

Love this hotel. It is in a great location there are great bars to go to down there. You can watch the Dallas Cowboys play. Go check out the Canopy Hotel next time you are in Frisco.

While the design and concept of this hotel is nice, the service provided to our family ruined the stay for us. There is a hotel right next to the canopy, and I would recommend getting a room there instead to ensure that your family has a better experience than ours.

Staff was nice and helpful during the stay. The bed and pillows were both very comfy. Breakfast is very overpriced for what you get. Also be prepared to pay a hefty sum for parking. Overall a decent hotel with good happy hour specials too

I’ve stayed at a hotel sixes better than this no clean towels no wash rags you have to call millions of times for any type of service then you don’t get the service and then you got a crazy front desk lady wanting to fight with you at 3 o’clock in the morning calling the cops because she can’t do her job …….

The front desk woman is rude and racist. There’s nothing like being scared for your life and having to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. The crazy woman made us wait 3 hours for a “reboot” and then called the cops when we said we had a reservation. Racist comments and threats while we were in the lobby, then had to call the get the charge off our card for a room she wouldn’t give us because the cops were on our side. Do Not Stay Here.

My family and I had a trip planned for months and booked a room here. They would not let my family check into their room because it was after 9pm. Keep in mind I checked in at 11: 30pm. This was by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We never got to check into our second room and they still charged us for it! Go somewhere your business is wanted. Save time and money. Their customer service is not worth it.

Nicely designed, new hotel with fresh design ideas, and the staff is nice. I liked the open concept feel. You can see they attempted to use smart lighting but it either didn't work, wasn't designed right or wasn't clear how to use them. It worked well in the hallway though.

The issues are that they are costly and you still have to pay for parking and there are no microwaves in the room or anywhere in the hotel. They just apologize and point you to buy food in their restaurant. You have to eat all your food cause, even though you have a refrigerator, you can't heat your leftovers up.

No complimentary breakfast. In fact, the breakfast was $18 per person.

They didn't even have enough wash clothes for the guest's stay. They have 1 in the room. I had to go to the front desk and ask for another washcloth which I was told they didn't have extras. They have a shortage. They did go into another room to get 1 for me though.

The rooms are nice and the location is great if you have things to do in the area. Service is honestly quite awful. Customer service transfers guests over and over. They are not able to provide invoices for past stays right away, they say they’d charge one thing and then end up charging a completely different amount. As a person who travelled for business. They should def work on organizing the system around corporate rates and making sure they are charging what it’s supposed to be.

It was a good experience. But I think the room I stayed need thorough cleaning. This doesn’t mean I won’t be visiting again.
I had bookings for about 3 other guests in which one of them didn’t check in I was unable to get a refund or half refund which I think it’s unfair.

This hotel is awesome. The rooms were great & the location was perfect for us because it was close to the church we attended & even closer to the restaurant where we had an amazing brunch. It was across the street from the Dallas Cowboy's training center Thank u, Hilton, for making our weekend great oh one issue, was housekeeping didn't open until after 9am. Thz.

After requesting to have my room cleaned, I was totally ignored. Walked into my room after a long confernece day, nothing had been done.

This hotel welcomes kids and fur babies. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here. You are can self park for a daily fee or valet you vehicle. There is also a pike rental. I stayed her for a wedding I was attending nearby. I was able to check in over my phone and use the keyless entry on my cell phone. That’s a major plus for me! The front deck was helpful with our needs. I was given the layout of the land of eaters and shopping areas. The decor of the lobby is neat with its unique light fixtures. The room has a welcome signage of your name when you turn on your tv. I like how your room has a place just for your luggage. The decor of the room is relaxing. The sheets and pillows are very soft. The barn doors between the bedrooms and dressing area are a nice touch. The shower door is to close to the toilet which was an issue for me. MPOV only. They have separate towels for makeup removal. Neat idea. The show soap was amazing on my skin. The closest is a good size to hang up your clothes. The iron is a steamer, which is perfect. Who wants to iron? Not me! Each room has a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine. There is a water station with an ice machine on each floor for your convenience. Would I stay here again? Yes.
