Employees are very friendly and professional. Have used them for ten years are more since they have solved my problem with termites. Have not had any problems with termites since first application to our home. Always Johnny on the spot doing our yearly inspection.

Didn't really check where problem was coming from, just flat out told me it will be $800. No payment plan opt. Not for me.

We have been using Cantu for almost a year and we are very happy with their service. The community is is a new community, and there were a lot of insects such as spiders, beetles, and earwigs when we first moved and now we don't see them as often. Also, we had a rodent problem when we first moved, and after a few treatments, the rodents were gone. They always check my yard for ants as well and treat any issues. We are extremely pleased with Cantu service. They have an excellent team.

Gus performed the free healthy home inspection. He was thorough and professional and I'd rate him 5 stars. The 3 star review is based on the cost of the exclusion service. It took maybe an hour to complete, but cost over $600. That seems extremely expensive for a couple of traps.

The pest control agent treated a few areas in yard where ant hills were growing. He was friendly and very helpful.

Our tech Jeff was great! He took his time and was very thorough. I have been with this company for many years. I am very pleased with their staff and products. I highly recommend their maintenance plan.

I liked the fact that the exterminator called 15 minutes letting me know that he was on the way.

They are local business and am very glad I found them

Bought a Groupon- great price! I was able to schedule service quickly. They called and asked to move the appointment to earlier which actually worked great for me. They showed up early, were extremely professional and thorough.

The only thing they have done for us in the past 18 years is charge a fee for termite control which we have had no problem with since buying the property. The fee continues to go up every year and a simple inspection is all we get. I’m thinking about canceling.

Chemical left white residue… technician returned promptly to clean it up…. Otherwise device is 5 star as usual…. Would suggest that management warn their technicians to check for this issue on an ongoing basis.

Janice phoned me she was at my house. She removed a wasp nest, rebaited
the rodent boxes, and sprayed the garage, porches and around the house. She was very pleasant.

The initial call went well, Brenna, explained the pricing and that the special was if I signed up for quarterly service. Having 8 rental properties I was looking for quarterly services in the Sherman area. She even got the 1st application scheduled for the next afternoon.

The next day my tenant, who happen to be our daughter and her fiancee were home from 3-5 the appointment time given. Our daughter called at 5: 10 to say no-one showed. I checked my email and was charged for the services, there was notation on the emailed ticket that said "knocked on the door there was no answer treated outside and owner can reschedule for inside treatment. " Upon calling the office back I was told the outside was done and Breanna read the notes to me from the ticket. Generally I would have asked for a refund and just found another company and given a 1 star review telling everyone to pick a new company. But Brenna said they could send another technician Saturday morning between 8 and 10 and wasn't defending the tech or arguing that they went and no one answered. Great customer service on her part.
Here is why I Generally wouldn't have let them reschedule. My wife owns a maid service when people call and make a appointment for the next day they want the service, remember the date and time and will be waiting. If she gets there and no one answers she calls or texts, Austin, the technician on Friday did neither, just annotates the ticket and charges my cc. What a waste of company time and fuel. Austin probably just wanted to get off early since it was a Friday.

Saturday morning Janice the technician assigned to come back calls and says good morning I'm here is everyone ready. Great start. My daughter was home waiting just as she was the night before. Janice treated the inside was informative pleasant and presented a fantastic attitude about her job. Janice informed my daughter that it DIDN'T appear that Austin treated the outside as indicated. But she took care of it even cleaning out the outside bait boxes and rebaiting them.

The bottom line of my review is that Brenna and Janice are great representation of Cantu Pest Control and they are the ones that earned the company a 5 star review. I will continue to use Cantu Pest, hopefully Janiice can be are regular technician. Austin needs retraining on customer service. Maybe he went to the wrong house and gave a free treatment. It could've be resolved Friday with a simple text or phone call.

Moved back to Dallas in a rental home first of September. Realized everywhere is full of insects and bugs. Tried to pay any price to bring pest control to our new home to take care of the bugs issue. After a few days Cantu gave us appointment for Saturday and waiting all day long for service man. The service man arrived and left about 10 minutes later. I asked if everywhere has been spared. In house, front and back yard. He said yes but we we were still getting bites from insects. They came one more time and we had to same result. We hired another company to take care of our pest control needs. I just a letter from collection agency asking for a service was done with Cantu and we did not ask for it.
Don’t use this guys. They Bad and trouble maker.
If anyone has made the same experience can join me on joint lawsuit and I pay for all the attorney fees and court cost. Please write.
