All 4 of my dogs see Dr Carman & Dr Westra. I love these two Drs dearly they are so sweet and gentle with my pets. They listen to my concerns and do thorough work with each of them. Especially with my two Senior pets which one of them has early on set kidney disease and the other has Cushings. Best place for your pupperinos.

This is a nice facility to bring your pet to. I really do not like to say negative things especially since the staff is nice here. I will not mention the vets names out of courtesy. The vets here seem very inexperienced. I cannot speak for how they are with younger animals but I would not recommend here for senior pets. My impression of this vet is that they are better with dogs and not as well educated in feline care. I brought my senior cat here to be checked because my regular vet was closed that day. He was having some motility issues which is not uncommon in older kitties. Long story short, he was misdiagnosed with a tumor and cancer. Boggles my mind how a vet can tell you your pet has 3-6 months to a year tops to live without solid proof of that through actual advanced imaging and needle biopsy results. What an awful thing to say and something that should not have been said without proper testing by someone who never actually examined my cat to begin with. I was told an ultrasound was done as a courtesy, yet I never saw the results. You would think images would be recorded and saved to show proof of what you saw. I was referred to an expensive specialist for further evaluation. I ended having to pay AGAIN and take my cat to my regular vet for an X-ray which showed nothing. No mass from my vet and she said nothing on palpation it was stool. What a nice way to ruin my families weekend and cause unnecessary stress and sadness. I am sure it was not done on purpose to be honest but lack of experience. So if you have a senior pet that is a more complex case I would recommend bringing them elsewhere.

Could not be more grateful for the CCAC team! My pup was recently injured while at his daycare facility and needed immediate medical attention. I called CCAC and Yessica was able to get me in to see Dr. Carman right away. They were ready for our arrival and had a room waiting for us shortly followed by an initial consult with Kat and Dr. Carman. They went above and beyond to communicate and execute his treatment plan and cost expectations. Dr. Carman communicated with me via text late that evening to check in on my pup and ensure I was able to get one of his prescriptions filled. Additionally, Yessica even helped to recommend another daycare facility and we've been thrilled with their service and communication as well! A huge thank you to Dr. Carman, Yessica and Kat for taking such great care of my pup and me!

I moved to CCAC after having repeated issues with my long-time vet and have been so happy. I wish I would have made the move sooner. They are professional, caring, easy to talk to and understand about care for my baby and most important of all Bastian, my 6yo English Mastiff LOVES to go see them because everyone makes him so happy with the love and attention he receives. Dogs know when they are loved and cared for so this is the best compliment anyone/ any vet can receive!

Excellent staff and care! Unfortunately our dog was bitten yesterday morning during his walk by an uncontrolled dog in our neighborhood. We are so thankful to Aubrie who took our call and followed up when our initial email with pictures did not go through. They were very understanding of the situation and squeezed Archie into the schedule. Everyone from the front desk, the technician, and Dr. Ferrell were incredibly nice and caring. Thank you for having Saturday hours and providing such wonderful care!

Love this clinic. They care so much about my pets. They will answer all of your questions and offer decent prices. Won't go anywhere else

Very caring, takes time to explain, pretty easy to get an appointment.

Update: I had to put Jack down. They were able to get me in right away. They were very caring. They have a special, quiet room where you can say goodbye. They don't rush you. There is an external company that takes the dog and handles final wishes (paw prints, etc.)

Another great visit at this clinic for yearly shots and check-up for our cat. They are still doing curbside, and it works really well.

Update May 2023. We had a tragic accident with an outside cat of ours and we had to come to the clinic for follow-up after the ER visit elsewhere. CCAC were wonderful with our cat friend and spent quality time with us discussing the report, her x-rays, getting her stable enough to hopefully meet with a specialist surgeon, and ultimately back to the ER to have them stabilize her. Sadly, her quality of life had suffered too much and I had to make a decision to euthanize. But each visit and step along the way was loving, considerate, informative, and understanding. They were very caring of both the pet and the people in this particular journey. We will continue to take our pets there because we know that they truly care.

Great vet always polite and helpful, although we have had a few scheduling issues and not having the right appointment scheduled. Otherwise, good experience and my dog loves the vet I would recommend going and just being very specific when making appointments.

First time patient but now a regular after our visit today!

A great welcome when we arrived followed by a thorough review of current health with the vet tech. Followed by an attentive and caring check up and shots by the vet.

We are happy we found a place that treats our girl as well as we do!

They always go above and beyond. I had to take my fur baby to an emergency vet. The dug up some old X-rays for me that took a few hours to find.

Canyon Creek is full of kind, professional, honest, and trustworthy people. From the moment I called to the moment we left our appointment, I had pure confidence that I was taking Roro to the right place for his needs. Thank you all so much!

Animal shelter treats pet far better. It is true this place only cares about money. Stay away before you get scammed too!
