Canyon Lake Jet Ski & Boat Rental

**Update - after calling the company to try and reason with them, they are STILL charging us almost $700 for NOT using their boat because we could not go out at 5pm with our two year old. No service provided. No rental used.

For how many 5 star reviews this place has, my experience was atrocious!

Booked online. Only had 2 options, 4 hour or 8 hour rental. My husband, myself and out 2 year old were wanting to book a 4 hour block. There was no option for the start time. As soon as everything was confirmed, I got an email for it starting at 5pm.

IMMEDIATELY, I called to straighten it out. The man that answered was SUPER rude! He said that’s all he had. Or he offered us a smaller boat, not a pontoon, for the same price. I told him that we were not comfortable with that with our 2 year old or going out that late.

Very rude. Very disappointing considering the reviews. Now it has me questioning how many of those reviews were obtained falsely.

It’s unbelievable the way you are doing things and not understand how as a mom we think twice or more times things for our kids safety and comfort.

This jet ski place is a SCAM! I tried to book got everything ready, they called me same day asking for a boat certification! The owner or whoever answered the phone was very rude, the lady on the phone was so helpful. But when I tried asking more questions the guy on the background sounded agitated. Beware of the rules!

10/10 best experience. Greg was a huge help explained everything perfectly and helped set it up definitely would recommend.

They charged my card an extra $100 for an old rusted anchor that he told me to just leave in the water. Greg and his wife didn't even say they were going to charge me. They were very rude about it. Never will I be returning and giving them any of my money. Just racist people! Lost a customer that's for sure! Never again!

We had the best experience here! Jet skis were very well maintained and felt brand new, everything was explained to us clearly, and the owner was very nice and professional. Would 100% rent from here again!

Rented a jet ski from here this past Saturday and really enjoyed it. I didn't get both there names as my memory is bad when comes to names but when we got to the ramp to get the skis in they were very thorough with all the information and made sure that you knew how to operate the jet ski. If I had any questions they were more then helpful in answering the questions. They don't start your time until you are in the water and engine started. When time was up my wife and I headed back and they already had the trailer in the water and they were ready for pick up. Would recommend them to anyone going to canyon lake as there pricing was reasonable, the jet skis are very well maintained and they were very polite and helpful. Thank yall for the great experience.

Great time and great team! They made it easy, fast, and fun. My wife and I each got a ski and they helped us get on the water quick so we could enjoy our ride. Explained everything so we’d have full confidence in what we were doing. We’d rent from them again, no doubt!

I highly recommend renting from this place! I had an incredible experience. Super folks! Greg and (Katelyn) forgive me if I have the young lady's name wrong, were incredibly accommodating. Very reasonable rates and a super nice jetski. We had a blast! I definitely hope to rent from them again before too long.

I went here and there was only a hotel resort and the boat ramp was closed off due to low water levels. I saw reviews that were posted only a few months ago but as of 12 August 2023 there are no jet ski or boat rentals here.

I booked with canyon lake jet ski twice, easy process great experience, new great condition Yamaha skis with music. Greg is a cool guy 5 stars

Amazing experience! Stop wondering if you should make a reservation here and just do it. We had a blast on the jet skis! Very friendly staff and such a beautiful lake. Instructions were clear. Definitely would rent from here again.
