My experience was smooth I had no problems at all Joanna helped me out even gave me another number to reach her on just in case she was out of the office and I needed to speak with her. I had an eviction from 3 years ago also and Joann gave me a second chance. I have no complaints

Whenever Alma is working in
the office, she behaves completely unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with Residents. Residents are considering moving or have already began to move out. Whenever Joanna is there everything runs more smoothly and she has a much friendlier approach with the residents. Most residents are more comfortable dealing with Joanna vs. Alma due to Joanna's professionalism and calm demeanor.
