Illegal scammers. Disgusting, they should be shut down. Called over a bill which was paid years ago.

I’m so sick of these scammers calling and every time I ask them what their business is they refuse to answer until I tell them my name and date of birth. No thanks. Can’t even tell me what your company does for this “personal business matter”? And they use multiple fake numbers so blocking them does nothing. Many times the callers are RIDICULOUSLY RUDE, other times it clearly sounds like the callers feel ashamed of what they’re doing. Gotta make a living even if it’s scamming people I guess? Idk. Don’t waste your time or give these people any information.

Had a Debt Disputed with another firm, and these people have hit my collections with that same debt. Not sure if thats even legal?

The worst ever. They used the most scammy tactics to try and get you to tell them information. Like many others have said, I ignored these people for over 3 months because they kept calling from local area codes and refused to tell me what they were calling about besides "business matters". I am not going to give out my personal information unless YOU tell me you're calling for a legitimate reason. I'm sure I could have disputed my bill but honestly $200 won't break the bank and if it means getting these people to never contact me again, I'll gladly pay $200.
Don't ever call me again or I'm taking legal action.

Capio partners tried contacting me for an invalid debt after a collection agency masquerading as a investigation agency referred them to me. I'm suing both

This company called me out of the blue a few months ago. I had no idea who they were, nor would they disclose why they were calling me, other than to say they were, "wanting to discuss a business transaction. " I asked what kind of "business transaction" they would be referring to, & they refused again to identify who they were or why I was getting this phone call. They then asked me to confirm my personal information. Anyone who knows anything about fraud prevention knows that you never provide an ounce of verification to someone calling you if you don't know who they are. I had repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list until they provided some sort of documentation about whatever this was. The calls were relentless. I finally got something in the mail which was a $200 medical bill I had already confirmed with the hospital that I was current, but with a change in their system, I fell through the cracks & showed a zero balance. I had thought this was all taken care of until I received ANOTHER call. Again, I refused to provide my personal information since I was the recipient of the phone call. I had just received a letter from them the previous day, so I immediately called them. I understand that being a debt collector isn't a fun job, but that doesn't give you license to be unkind to people. Brandon, I believe was his name, was incredibly unprofessional & even went as far to accuse me of lying about receiving a phone call a few minutes prior. What would I have to gain by lying about something like that? He then went on to treat me so disrespectfully, as if I were nothing but a nuisance since I was clearly someone who wasn't capable of paying their bills in his eyes. I got news for this jerk, you never know who is on the other end of the phone. They could be dirt poor trying to make ends meet & are scared to give out their personal info to a stranger, or they could be a millionaire, protecting themselves. All over $200.shameful

I just tried to go on to the website and it stated it was Forbidden! I suspected this from the beginning. And I'm not even going to give a call to these people! I'm only giving these people one star. As this site, doesn't have a 0.

Zero stars. Just had a collections disputed and removed off of my credit 2 months ago. They claimed the debt is just over 5 years old but I can't find any way to contact the supposed original debtor. Now I have a collection reported for the same about and information except under a Law Office MBA which
after some research, found out its part of Capio Partners. Filing another dispute and contacting my lawyer as well.

IT IS A SCAM. THEY ARE NOT A REAL COLLECTION AGENCY. CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT BEFORE BELIEVING YOU HAVE ANY COLLECTIONS AGAINST YOU. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFO OR SEND THEM ANYTHING. THEY WILL DEFRAUD YOU!

0 stars. Called telling me I owe Centra $125 from 2019 even though I was on my parents insurance. Not a single bump on my credit report or any reported collections. No letter or itemized bill, first contact I’ve ever heard about it. Asked for an explanation as to where and when this allegedly took place and got hung up on. Call me again and yall can speak to my attorney. Super super rude agent btw amazing she’s still employed

Definitely a scam, do your own research before paying them. Check your collection debts owed thru Credit Karma & see if what they are claiming matches CK. They tried making me pay a bill from 2017 that was already paid. You do not owe them anything!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a nice person, and Capio has turned me into someone I do not like. I received a letter, much like many of the other reviews, saying I owed a debt that is over 2 years old. I never received a bill from the original office. My insurance paid the debt (for a routine mammogram) promptly. I sent them proof of the payment and they sent another letter saying I owed it. When I finally talked to someone from 'patient advocacy' today, I threatened to contact an attorney, and she quickly sent me a letter saying my case was now closed and I owed nothing. If you have trouble with them, threaten legal action and maybe you will get your case closed. Ridiculous. I'm going to report to the BBB as well.

Unprofessional. Did not verify who they were. Shady and scammy behavior at best. I had to search up who they were. If I could give 0 stars I would

They call and want info from you but will not tell you reason for the call. Too many AI for me to give out my info.

Not sure how they got my number? I've never lived in Texas and they're spamming me.

They hit my credit. The original creditors don’t even have my name in there system.and the hospital charge is way less then what they hit me with.they hit my credit by 135 points.for something under 1,000 dollars that doesn’t even exist.it’s just random charges and services i didn’t receive.i never received a bill in the mail.i never received an itemized bill.i never received a call from them or email absolutely nothing just random look and my credit is down 135 points how is that possible.
