Capital Internal Medicine Associates, Sugar Land TX

My Mother met Dr. Aly in Methodist Sugarland Hospital. The Office Manager Shaeena IS HORRIBLE and honestly Dr Aly too. Having them complete FMLA paperwork WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.on top of my mother being in the ICU for 4 MONTHS… Dr. Aly wasn’t on top of my mothers care like he should of been and my mother suffered so much during her last days…
POORLY run office you can even call to speak to the direct desk you get someone in Wharton. These people ARE THE WORST AND JUST WANT YOUR $$$$$ STAY AWAY.after my mother passed they couldent even complete her DCertificate correctly and put an incorrect cause of death.
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE …there are plenty of other medical professionals in Houston. Stay away from this office. This is your warning.

Dr. Aly is a great experienced doctor he have helped us a lot with everything on time and Dr. Gandhi is very helpful as well a great doctor makes great team!

Dr. Ghandi is good but trying to get an appointment or talk to anyone over the phone is incredibly frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled the appointment and the message said to call back and reschedule. An answering service is used to pass messages to the office people to call you back to schedule and that system works mediocre at best.

The manager and Dr. Ghandi are the sweetest people. They explain everything and always welcome you with a smile. They have worked me in without an appt and I love coming here!

I’ve seen both Dr. Aly and Dr. Amy Gandhi and both are wonderful knowledgeable doctors. They take the time to listen to the patient and come up with a plan. Staff is also wonderful and the hospitality they give when waiting in waiting room is like no other doctors office I’ve been. They even have someone going around offering beverages. They have in house blood work as well which is super convenient. And when dealing with referrals they take care of it promptly as well. Highly recommend this place! Glad to have found this doctor because they don’t see you as another piece of paper, they have a functional medicine approach where they see the whole person.
