Capital One Bank, Katy TX

This bank is so full of s*** I've had many problems with my money being locked away from me Recently I deposited a check from my job and it's taking over 6 days to cash it and they won't reverse it

Not quite sure why this location gets a bad wrap. Came in to make a deposit, and they helped me with that process in a timely fashion. Made a credit card payment as well and they took care of that for me as well. Nice friendly staff and good location. Would certainly recommend!

This has got to be my best customer service experience in Banking, stepped into this branch almost frustrated with the credit card issue I had, been to several branches and called, no one could help me resolve something as easy as updating my SSN on my Acct. I met with Chase in this Branch he was very pleasant, he made the call for me, stayed on the phone with them until they got the issue resolved. I'm blown away by how selfless he was, he could have given up when the first two calls redirected him else where but No, he followed through and got me sorted. I am pleased.

This is the worst bank in the world! It deserves a 0 star! The people at the branch does not know what they are doing.

The service was terrible and the person upfront had no idea how to do anything. Wanted to open a savings account in person but the Capital One representative upfront didn’t know how to do it and had the worst attitude about it. The service was so bad that I closed my Capital One accounts. It wasn’t worth banking at a place that doesn’t want to help.

This is the Worst bank I've been to In My Life. When you call this location They do not answer the phone. When you drive over to the the bank. Then you find a sign of the door that says drive Through only. I had a check from a customer to cash. I will no longer Except checks as payment from Capital One customers. I would have gave them a negative 5stars if possible

Stayed in line for over 45 minutes. I was the third car in line. Plus they are not a full service bank.

I visited this location only to find the lobby was closed. The only option was to wait in the drive up line for well over 30 minutes to make my transaction. Highly disappointed, as not everyone wants to do complete banking at an ATM.

Very poor and very slow service staff of capital one they don’t have any respect for customer lots of attitude plz don’t ever open business account in this bank. Big shame on this staff for poor and lazy service. To make deposit they take 1 hr for 1 customer.what a shame for this bank and their lazy staff.

We had a problem with a wire transfer. We had a hard time getting some one to help us. Muhammad Khan at this branch was very helpful. He solved the issue right over the phone. In this day and time of digital age, a personal touch speaks a lot. Khan went over and above the call of duty to help us out. May God Bless him.

Used to be good. For the service they are now providing it's better that they close and save customers the grief

There was a time when I loved banking with capital one. Now they have changed all of the services they offered and so far none of it has been to benefit the customer. For example they keep closing the branches. I have to drive 20 minutes to the closest one. Then if I want two have 2 checking accounts I have to use the same debit card. I want separate cars. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

U can visit this branch 20 times, i guarantee you they will be closed 25 times! Makes me want to close both business and personal accounts

This business is a joke. On top of having to drive over 20 minutes to a location since they have only a handful of locations, inside lobby isn’t open for NO REASON whatsoever and there’s a line in every drive through lane. I have had 3 cars in front of me and have been here for 45 minutes in the commercial lane. At 2pm. This is complete lack of respect and consideration for clients.

Do yourself a favor and just bank with a different company.
