In my experience with them, I bought the house and did not hire an inspector (it was my mistake) the house had many details, "they say it was already inspected" but I needed to move and I trusted them, I took an insurance that they offered me and It didn't help me at all, I had to pay for the roofing, problems with drainage and I changed insurance.but my payment included the insurance and now they have canceled it due to non-payment, but I make my payments to time. I call the office and they don't answer. Very bad experience.

We give it 5 stars because we obtained a loan with them in 2015 and they worked very hard, thanks to them we were able to make the dream of having our own home come true.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are not professionals. They harass people even though their own records are off. Endless emails for a PPP loan that has already been forgiven. They should take note that they are becoming legally liable for their actions and may be sued for continued harassment.

I am very unhappy with this company from the get they have made mistakes starting at closing and now they are charging late fees as if they are a rental company instead of the mortgage company they say they are.also never respond to emails and no one answers calls. I called the direct numbers and was told office of operations were between 9 and 5 cst the call was at 4: 15pm and the agent refused my call cause she went home for the day and forward the calls to her cell, answer and then says call back tomorrow. No online access to monitor your account and also when i asked for payment history it was just word document with payment amounts, no description to where the funds were being applied when we have been sending extra funds. Do Not Finance her.

Someone took out a fraudulent loan in my name. I been trying since Oct 2022 to get the situation resolved. At first, Alan & Steven was responding to my emails, but now no response. It’s very frustrating because it’s only so much SBA saying they can do. I been getting delinquent email about the loan if I do not pay, but why do I have to pay back something I did not spend. My bank is holding the money because I do not have a schedule C form. However, the bank need this company to request for the money back, but they saying they need to investigate that was back in November, but why not request the money back and still investigate because my bank saying the transaction will be deleted and then there’s nothing they can do. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. If I can give no stars and still make an comment I would.

The emailed me claiming I was 30 days delinquent on a loan but couldn't provide the loan number. They wanted ME to provide it. Felt like a total scam and I really hope people aren't falling for this.

Worst company ever. They're employees don't know what their doing. An employee named Jojo ripped people off by getting cash off home owners instead of having them pay regular way. Well if that isn't KARMA ON the CEO and Associated Share holders. They had one employee realtor not explain to the Hispanics buying homes from that the signing of a check on their minariel rights meant they sold it to Capitol Plus Mortage / Now named Capitol Mortgage Servicing. Hummm, why the name change. Very Shady indeed. I dont even know if the CEO and Associated Shareholders even know what's going on in their office. Or how money can be discreetly moved around. He'll, that lady Jojo took the money and ran. But You get KARMA @ YOU 100% by not doing your homeowners buying from you right. Sad indeed.
