My fiancé bought our land last summer and had a horrible experience dealing with Monica, the escrow officer. His appointment for closing was late in the afternoon and he doesn’t just sign whatever he’s being told to sign.he likes to read things to be fully aware of what he’s signing. Well, any time he had a question or wanted to read the documents he was being told to sign Monica said “If I knew you were a reader, I would’ve have scheduled you earlier. ” Excuse me? That’s not our problem and NOT good customer service whatsoever. Then TODAY, we stop by the office because we never received our title policy from them due to them sending it to the incorrect mailing address (which they would’ve known if they had asked instead of assuming) and was given attitude from her yet again.

Don’t even bother dealing with these people. Very bad customer service. It’s important to remember, that someone’s experience may be their first purchase, and a title company can turn the experience of a happy moment around.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I must say that it was terrible service from the time that I arrived. The lady named Bertha Vidalis was very, very rude in her manner of speaking to us. Very unprofessional I will never again deal with this company again!

I honestly believe some of the negative reviews I am seeing here are completely unwarranted. Unfortunately for most folks, if they experience any sort of hiccup it automatically results in a one star rating. Just look at the other reviews they have provided.

Very dodgy, seems like a scam. The notary public's name doesn't match her signature. They aren't able to access information about my escrow account. Avoid them!

I do not have very nice experience with the Escrow officer I worked with for my new house! It was extremely difficult to get hold of her via email or phone. Because of a single document I have been waiting for so long, I still do not have opportunity to access amenity provided by HOA in my community. If you want to get things done in timely manner, I do not recommend this place.

They stayed with my $800 earnest money for a house loan even though I submitted my contract termination papers on time! Be careful they will mislead you! Once you give them $ your on your own!
