Debbie made the whole experience efficient and streamlined. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions.

We closed on my house yesterday and Debbie sent my husband the settlement document few hours before closing. I never received it. My husband was at work. Neither one of us had a chance to look and review this document until closing time which we all know is the signing time.
Now I realized all the mistakes made on this important document. The deductions were all wrong. Don’t go to this title company. They do everything in a rush just to close without following the proper guideline and efficient checking of the deductions.
