6The best all around form of exercise that encompasses culture, music, body/mind awareness. I have done all types of exercise and this is the most fulfilling. The teachers are focused, encouraging, and professional. We hope to return as the schedule allows. Thank you for being here.
My daughter takes the kids classes. Everyone here encourages each other. The teacher is very patient and understanding with the kids and adults. You can join at all levels.
Attended Samba workshop at this beautiful place. Wonderful warm people! I enjoyed the workshop with live drumming. Glad I went. ️
Best school in San Antonio. Great full body workout with great and friendly people. We motivate eachother everyday. I left CapurGinga because I was bound to a minimal of a one year contract. CapurGinga only has classes for 1 hour and here at this school you have a 2 hour class and can last longer which is awesome. All I can say is YOU HAVE TO TRY IT.
Instructors are very patient and know the art well. They greet new comers with a handshake and make you feel comfortable. You can tell they love what they do.
Capoeira and other afro-brazilian arts. Great instructor (Inst Montanha) with multiple programs around the city including many kids classes. Family environment and fun training. Good way to help get in shape.
