Worst car shop in spring branch the techs are lazy and sloppy and always tell me they don't have time for a oil change will not return

Needed the inspection on my car, walked in got taken care of right away! In and out in 20 minutes

This shop is awesome! I took my 2016 Acura MDX here today because the drain plug was loose after having an oil change at another shop. The drain plug was so loose it almost fell out. These folks put my car on the lift 5 mins after I arrived with no appointment. They found the problem, showed me in person and proceeded to tighten and torque the drain plug properly and top off my synthetic oil. Very professional, easy to do business with. I'll be coming here for all of my car maintenance. I've already told everyone at work how great this shop is. Five star experience!

I went in for an oil change and coolant flush. Oil change was successfully done but the they did not add enough coolant. I brought them 2 gallons and they told me only one went into my 2011 Tacoma Truck which was shocking but I did not question them as I assumed they knew more than me. The next day I drove nearly 2 hours straight and my check engine light turned on because my engine was overheating and the coolant was smoking and spewing from the reservoir cap. Mechanic stated there was not enough coolant/water in the radiator which is what caused the coolant to boil.

First time using them and the last. Lost $55 in labor plus $20 bucks in the one gallon of coolant they put in. Will not be coming back.

Lady at the front is super rude, avoid this place. I have been here multiple times before and this will be the last time I come here. She is oblivious to the fact I am the customer and she is the employee.

Well recommended as an authorized user for AAA members I thought I'd give it a shot. My greeting wasnt really welcoming. I didnt feel like I was wanted, sorta out of place.blew that off, decided what was best for my vehicle and the facts remain so here we go.tbc
