Due to my credit issues I couldn't get the car I wanted but Kyle found me something equal to it. I thank him for being persistent. I was ready to throw in the towel and just be content with no vehicle for awhile longer. Thank you all for great customer service and also waiting for 2 hours for me to go get the down payment. I lovey car

I had a very pleasant time buying my Ford flex I gave him my license I went in the parking lot and looked at everything and anything I wanted to test drove and I didn't have a pesky salesman biting down my throat when I went in I went and spoke with somebody sitting there office found out everything I needed I couldn't ask for a better salesman Kyle was great, and ladies he's easy on the eyes so go by your car from Car-Mart. I did and I'm very satisfied

My family had fallen on hard times and lost our home and I lost my sole source of income, Car-Mart of Sulphur Springs initially allowed me to do payment plans until I could get a new job and/or receive my taxes, or so they said. I was still able to arrange payment plans and still paid them every two weeks without fail. I NEVER missed a payment arrangement. I was told they understood that taxes don’t always come in on the expected times and that they would wait on my balloon payment until I actually received my taxes. (Which is what they initially told me while writing up the car deal that I agreed to on the purchase date.)
I made my last payment and came into the office to sign paper work for my next payment and to discuss the tax time payment further as I had been in contact with the IRS as to why it was late and what all was going on.
As I sat down to speak with the staff, I was told I hadn’t been making my payment arrangements and that they were going to park my car and give me a few days to bring them a large sum of money. (I have every receipt showing that I made every single payment arrangement)
I can completely understand wanting to park the car due to not receiving the balloon payment, but where my biggest issue with this company comes in, and specifically the Sulphur Springs location, is that I am 6 months pregnant and very ill due to my pregnancy having complications and they are well aware of this. They forced me to walk miles across town alone and very swollen pregnant instead of offering me a ride home to make sure I got there safe. They offered zero sympathy.
I finally got home and had severe cramping due to the miles of walking forced upon me.
If they had before hand told me they were parking it, instead of reassuring me multiple times we were just signing papers and discussing the tax situation further, I would have arranged to have someone there to take me home. I am not unreasonable and wouldn’t have tried to take off in a vehicle that I don’t fully own.
All in all, I understand them parking the car for missing the balloon payment, but to lie to my face and tell me I hadn’t made my arranged payments when I have very receipt showing that I had paid them, and then forcing me to walk home and having a very rude demeanor with me is beyond unprofessional and inhumane.
If you’re forced to deal with Car-Mart due to bad credit or life circumstances then I highly recommend going to see Angel Carrillo in Greenville, TX! She is amazing, caring, and very honest and upfront and wouldn’t leave you in a position like this. She most definitely wouldn’t send a pregnant woman to walk herself home in dangerous conditions.

The manager up there Tim has absolutely no idea what he’s doing he gets in my car to drive it around then hops out and says I can give u about 2500 for it. This is a 12000 car that was just payed off they did not Kelly blue book it or anything he’s just lazy and to old to care about what he’s doing! He wasn’t interested in what I was interested in, he had no interest in communicating with me to try and come to a fair exchange or solution just ridiculous NEVER WILL RETURN

I am new to Sulpher Springs. My car was stolen out of Dallas with only $700 to my name Kyle the salesman at the Sulpher Springs location went out of his way to come pick me up from where I live and worked with what I had. I couldnt be more appreciative. I'm driving a beautiful silver 2013 Dodge Avenger. Thank you Kyle

I called several times for them to repair a power steering pump. I left my number with several people for Tim to get back in contact with me. NEVER received a call because he was NEVER in the office the times I called and obviously not in to ever call me about it.

My alternator went out and we all know that's not covered. So I needed to replace that. And couldn't ever buy that because I needed to keep my payments caught up. They don't ever call you to get it fixed they just call for their money when it's never in on time.

If I could give them no stars I would.

Kyle is a very good sales man but when you call and need to talk to Tim he is never in the office or they say they will take a message and they never return your calls unsatisfied

Would give a negative five stars if it was possible horrible experience with rose I have had my car almost a year I have never been late on a single payment its Christmas time I asked for a small dollar amount extended until next payment I was told to go get my paycheck stubs which they have on file already I went and bought them back I went a head and made my full payment its crazy how you should keep customers instead of drive them away I have brought several people that have bought cars from them waited three months for my gift card for the referral money! I'm so disappointed ashamed and I've referred people and im buying a $18000 car when I see the same model being sold for 1800 all day long. Screwing people even if they are loyal customers kyle was amazing and excellent sales man I would give him 10 stars!
