Always drove by this place coming home, decided to stop and get a quick exterior wash. All the employees were really nice and manager was very helpful! Definitely will be back to get my interior detailed.

Most incredible wash in all of Greater Houston, and I’ve tried them all! Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle here. Incredibly kind staff.

They weren't even remotely busy & yet I had to ask them to fully wipe down my car & the didn't vacuum the back of my vehicle or wipe the interior windows & seats! Ughhhhh why just WHY even bother! Businesses always wanted something for nothing!

This company provides a good service only when the vehicle arrives clean, otherwise the service is lousy, and the service menu is so confusing that if you pay for one service you do NOT have another, not even the most basic, So you need pay at least for 3 diferet options in order to get want you car need.

The “full service” was awful. The car was still VERY dirty when I picked it up and I paid $35. Still trying to figure out what I paid $35 for, because I can’t even tell they vacuum’ed the car. When I spoke to multiple people about the issue and asked to speak to the manager, she was nowhere to be found and a different worker kept coming to speak with us without any resolution. 0 stars if I could.

The whole staff is amazing. But they miss the details alot of times when you get a wash.
This was years ago.since then they gone a a major decline. Today. 3/3/23. Why do I keep coming back? ! The last three times I've come.don't have hot coffee in the mornings. Although the whole set up to make it is there. And why is my car the 3rd one out? When I was clearly the first one in line this morning.

Absolutely terrible. I paid for interior detailing because I wanted my car CLEAN. There was still dust all over the sides of my door, you can tell it wasn’t even wiped over one single time. ALL the Cup holders were still dirty and the WHOLE car wasn’t vacuumed well. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE please just save your cash and go somewhere else! This is absolutely ridiculous.

The $35 detail service is a rip off. I could have done this myself in 5 minutes for free. The workers are not helpful and I asked to speak with the manager but she was conveniently not around. Everyone seems unhappy to be here as well.

I’ve been a customer to this place for over 5 years. I thought they would be perfect place to get some cleaning services. They explained to me the reason why they wouldn’t wash an internet used dirty carpet, (not installed in vehicle) she claimed and positively identified green mold. This worker then went on to state company policy about they wont clean mold, vomit, blood, and certain stains. In this case she can’t clean green mold because of health concerns. She then promptly dismissed me by walking away mumbling policy, my reply to her “I’m trying to give you guys money, I asked her where I can see this policy written? She didn’t bother to look my way as she walked away. I never leave reviews especially negative ones, I personally hate writing. I thought I should tell others and share how this company treated a local loyal customer. I’ll try to upload a pic of condition of carpet in question for a Jeep Wrangler unlimited.

I frequent his car wash as it is about two minutes away from my home in Midtown. I started off with the unlimited carwashes, then canceled a year later just because I got a new card and never renewed it. About a week ago on February 13, I spilled some wine on my feet and I pulled up to car spa and requested that they shampoo the seeds as well as the Carpet I was quoted $120, the price was fine but in the end the service took about 3 1/2 hours, and when I got in my car, there were still marks everywhere on my car as well as trash in my middle consul and cupholders, and I had remove the cupholders so they could see that there was trash and dust in there but it was not removed. At the end of the day I still tip the guy because he looked like he was working hard but if I’m going to pay for something, I would like the job to be done correctly and perfectly. Would I get this again from Cosme, probably not, but it was great while it lasted. They all nobody is worth it, but professionalism is key.
As stated the cup holder and smoke ashtray was removed by myself so they could see the dirt.

I tried out this spot once and I’ve been going to them for my car needs ever since! My toddler makes a HUGE mess in my backseat, but by the time they’re done, my car is back to looking like I ain’t got no kids!

Today I got my car washed and seats deep-cleaned. They pulled out stains that have been there for months…juice, water…you name it. My tires were polished, the inside console dusted and wiped, screen cleaned, all the crumbs and French fries vacuumed up. It really looks amazing, like it’s back to being brand new!

Ahmed, Pedro, Arthur and other team members went the extra mile for me by getting some damage off the side of my car that I thought was permanent! I’m really impressed by this place and the people!

I paid $65 for a hand detailed car wash, left it there for an hour. I asked specifically for the bugs to be removed from the windshield and front because the SUV is black. I came back to pick it up and it still looked like that. I tipped the guy $20 bucks to get off the rest, and it still looked like that…! Didn’t even bother to touch or wipe down the top of the SUV. So I will still have to go back and clean it myself. Please do not take your car here. Horrible service. Waste of my time

Not worth the money at all. The 35 dollar wash left my truck looking like it got the 10 dollar special.

I received a car inspection and a auto detailing, very pleased with the whole team very compassionate experience I would recommend this place to everyone.

Pleased with their cleaning and wash that’s priority. They did the minimum which I’ve come to expect these days. The wait room has Sacramento news in the tv and people on speaker phone and their kids blasting kids shows on their phone.
