I needed a back up camera and radio upgrade done on my Titan. I originally called first so I wouldn't drive all the way there just to be told they don't have something in stock. I was helped by Sky over the phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up going into the store to pick out a radio to go with the backup cam. Mohammed had helped me in store and was super informative about the differences between the radios they had in stock. He recommended a radio that would work better with my Samsung phone. They quickly got me in right then and there and had very fair prices compared to those I checked out earlier. Will definitely come back again when the time comes to upgrade my other car! AJ took great care of us and installed an Alpine stereo with CarPlay in my Toyota RAV4. The whole process was flawless and all the steering wheel controls and outlets work as promised. The price was very reasonable and included the stereo plus all the parts. Can’t beat the value as all the other places we called were much more expensive and tacked on crazy labor fees. Highly recommend if you are looking to replace your stock stereo at a good price!

Gentleman behind the counter wasn't very knowledgeable and they have a very limited stock of aftermarket LEDs.

Costumer service good installation horrible and really hopping they can fix all issues. Installed RFpunch1000 TO 2 jl audio 12tw1. No bass coming out not even a little bit. Driver side Component speakers are buzzing like crazy those are type r Hooked up to RF 600/4 amp. I purchased RF wire for two amps and I’m seeing the sub box has something else other than RF WIRE connected to amp. I said if necessary I will buy more but I don’t see my wire. Got installed a viper alarm system and now check engine light is on. It’s a nightmare so far and hopefully they can fix these issues sooner than later. It’s Saturday so will have to wait for Monday to get this resolved. Hopefully they resolve all these issues so I can change the review but for now horrible installation horrible.

Myself and my husband are very happy customers. We had speakers put in the experience was great! After a while of having our speakers we had an issue but Issac was very helpful to us he gave excellent customer service and always professional. They fixed the issue we were in and out in less than 30min. Our music is back on point and we will continue to be customers of this establishment. Thank you so very much Issac!

They installed speakers and Amp on my 2020 road Glide I took it back five times but the problem with my speakers turning off was never resolved so now I have to pay more money to correct what they messed up I'm out of 6 grand for a sound system on my bike

Called asked will you be available before I take the drive said yes then when I come in no one knows who answered the phone and they are to busy. Wasted time

I went to go put a lock on my truck and a week later I tried installing a new radio myself and the speaker wires were cut

I came in to get a new radio for my 2014 Camaro. They took out the old one and put a new one in! Everything is digital and touch screen, nice, and neat. They did a wonderful job! Great pricing and I didn’t wait long at all. Thanks so much. I feel like I’m driving a new vehicle!

I won't leave a bad review but this experience could have been better. I based my decision to use Car Stereo Outlet based on past experience with them from early 90's from another location.
Had issue with steering wheel control module not working during installation back in June 2020, was told due to pandemic shipping was slow which was understandable, but been back several times to follow up it's September now took my truck back and module still not available so now to eliminate any more frustration I would rather have just been refunded the amount for steering wheel control and go after being there 3hrs but instead some other module was used and granted it seems to be working but not equipment I paid for which I think were of lesser value, was told radio kit and module was changed by owner but installer told me the only thing he replaced was steering wheel module. I'm sure I should be owed something back but
instead was told they lost money. The bothersome part was the attitude they gave me when they the ones installed defective parts on my truck. Brothers I trusted y'all but I'm not so sure about the future.

Last year went got backup camera on my motorhome and radio nav.and back up up screen they did vary good job on it

Bought sound system from these experts and a little over a year later I had a problem with my sound system. I brought the car in and told them what it was doing and before i handed over the keys for them to look at the problem in his divine expertise the man tried to sell me an 800 dollar amp and was 110% sure thats what my problem was. I see where the problem lies and its letting these experts work on my car in the first place.

This is where you want to come and spend your moneys worth! Me and my family have all brought our cars here to get our systems and have had a great experience each time. These people are very professional and will work with you to make you happy.

I had a whole system installed and they TUNED it just right!

Prices are about $100 to $150 less than online (could have been discontinued equipment). But works great and has factory warranty.

Conclusion, they are good at Voodo or some kind of majic. Or they are good professionals.

Professionalism, skill and technique is what Car Stereo offers from their entire staff. Rare to find anywhere.

Please note that I had no knowledge of audio systems and they walked me through every thing.

They also work in ATV’s and motorcycle!
