After taking more than 7 hours to install a DVD player they tore up my brand new car and didn't even show me everything that was messed up. Said they would make it right so time will tell

They were all very professional. Juan was the gentleman that performed the detailing. He was really kind and very thorough in his work. The car looked and smelled great. He also gave me an accurate estimate of how long he thought it would take, which I really appreciated. It took a little less than two hours for my small Fiat.

Good people sometimes I feel like they get over on you little too much on the prices for the price looks good, but then you end up getting charge more on every little thing

Stereo works great, however they didn't close my hood all the way and it flew up on me driving down the road. Also, didn't leave the stereo paperwork in the car so it has been a challenge to set up the radio.

Do not get work done here! If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers are contracted and do not comply with car toys policies so when, not if they mess up the work they're doing they take no responsibility for the poor workmanship and want to charge you again to fix it. And in addition to botching the work they drilled holes into my bumper withought my permission when they're supposed to call you to make sure it's OK beforehand.

I bought a Kenwood system from Car Toys and though I installed and wired it correctly I could not get audio to work. So I went to Car Toys and was treated the best. They jumped right in and worked on it until they found a bad speaker was the problem. Great service and they don't judge. I recommend Car Toys to anyone.

Sad to say this, but after they couldn't do the work agreed upon, they fried my factory amp and couldn't reset back to factory normal, they pick and argument instead of admitting to their lack of knowledge! So WARNING ️ IF YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED, OR HAVE YOU HIGH END CAR DESTROYED, THEN THE Hulen Texas shop location should be avoided at all cost! This location should be CLOSED DOWN! Please go where your business is valued.

Good customer service and they did good work on my truck. Had a stereo head unit installed. Very helpful with helping me find what products I needed.

After my experience and reading other’s reviews I will not be returning. I had a new deck installed and have had nothing but problems. The man that installed it had cut my dash with what looks to be a grinder, then before I left the parking lot the deck had fallen into my dash because it was just put there with nothing to fasten it. Their solution to this was to put random self tapping screws into the side of the unit. Since then I have had constant problems with my Apple CarPlay unplugging itself and the whole unit will randomly decide to short out. Anything but happy with my experience from the Bryant Irving Fort Worth store.

They were very helpful on all of the issues. First don't hate the players just hate the game we are all stuck in. The first radio that was chosen had installation issues. The tech tried his best to work through them with no success. He kept me advised of the issues. We then decided to go to another brand. It worked but parts were missing from the box. This is were problems happen. It was supposed to take a few days to a week to get the parts in. I was not kept advised of delays or problems. I was repeatedly to 2 day then 4 days then 2 days and so on and so on. I had to go and make a personal appearance to get this sorted out. But they were more than happy to work through the problem with me. There are still some remaining issues but nothing that they could control at the store. They are still working with me to resolve these issue. In a nut shell yeah I'll be back to this store again for additional purchases. They care about the customer. I'll give them a 4.75 stars.

I just showed up on a Monday afternoon. I had to wait just a minute or two for them to finish with the couple other people. I ask them if they had a radio they could put into my car today they look they had all the parts. The young man, I believe his name is Brett said that he could get it done in about an hour and a half. He actually finished sooner than that and showed me how to operate my car radio. I will recommend to all

Great experience! I got a L7 Kicker put into my Mercedes Benz c300, they got my car back to my in a day and it sounds great. The staff was awesome and really accommodating to what I wanted and they were very patient with me.this was my first time adding anything to my car regarding the sound. Steve is great and so is his staff!

Excellent service. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. At every step in the process I felt like they were going above and beyond. The guy setting the appointment and helping me find the right product was awesome. The gal who checked me in for my appointment was very friendly…and she even drove to another store location to pick up the right product because the one they received was the wrong one. But this didn’t add on any extra time to my wait. And they were finished with my car before the estimated wait time. Wonderful experience. Would definitely use Car Toys again.

Staff are very nice. Installation looks and sounds great. However my the rear door on my Sequoia is not functioning correctly. The key will no longer roll the window up or down. Also the latch to open the rear door no longer functions properly. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Obviously it was working correctly before the installation of the back up camera or they would not have been able to open the door to do the installation. The staff have been very nice trying to figure out what happened but it is still very frustrating not being able to open the back door anytime I want to.

They were able to provide a radio for my 1981 F150, but one thing would have been helpful is to have a charging station in the waiting room. I had no idea it would take 5 hours or I would have had someone pick me up.

The salespeople never came to ask if we need assistance. We were hoping someone would but that never happened. We were there for at least 30 minutes. The moment we ask for help the young said what's up WOW what an inappropriate way to greet a customer who had to come to you even though you are looking right at us the whole time. I'm disappointed

Had a custom box with soft close drawers built with custom materials, added a sub, replaced speakers, double den head unit, 5 channel amp, remote start, tint, etc…

While the build was challenging, and I am “particular” (I want what I want and completed the way we’ve discussed - and am happy to pay for it), Primo and crew did an excellent job and have continued to be a resource for me and my various projects.

If the install crew says they’re going to do something, they will get it done right. And that is all anyone, I think, can ask for.

I am kinda upset about my appointment time. I came in a week ago to set it up. And no one could find my time. Then I got home and found grease all over my hood.and spot all over it. Then I found a piece left off.so I really can't give all a star.
