Got my windows tinted here by Victor. He was very professional and effecient! I was afraid my car would get those bubbles in the tint afterwards. But his work is amazing. Definitely referring friends/family to him.

Really took care of my wife. Wife took family van to add remote start. They did great. They even taught my wife how to use and went the process several times to ensure she knew what she was doing.

I want to shout out a special thanks to Tammy and Pedro for taking care of me with honesty and integrity! I bought sound/navigation/hands free systems for both of my vehicles. The one in my SUV began to have problems that we could not resolve no matter what was tried. They stepped up and made it right.

WOW! So happy I went there. After Best Buy installed my radio, the back speakers and bass didn't work, at all. Jared took the time to check it out, explain what needed to be done.and then did it. Turns out the wiring was a MESS but he knew exactly what to do. Would 100% percent recommend. And ask for Jared but honestly everyone there was beyond friendly and professional.

Used to have Mad respect for car toys. Until I learned about their BAD BUSINESS practices. NEVER shopping here again in my LIFE. The Mexicans at Trader Village are better!

The whole team there is amazing! From store manager Tammi, to associates J. R.and Kam, to installers David, Jared, Phil and others, you are always in good hands here. They only sell you what you need and the installers pay attention to detail. It’s like visiting family every time I visit (which is quite often). I'm not just a keyboard warrior I'll tell you to your face. I have been working with Jared on a custom project. Who ever answered the phone today told me to go fly a kite. Did not even try to answer my questions. Told me to call around. I was calling around I called you! Don't waste your time or money here. $1500 just walked out your door on a simple build. Do I have your attention now?

These guys are the best. I’ll be going back. Tammi & Tim took excellent care of me. I love my new dashcam, all the wires are tucked away and outta sight.

Bought a pair of component speakers here today (9/12/18). When I get home and open them I realize I have been sold a used set. The mounting hardware, a tweeter housing, and both crossovers are missing. I could have purchased these speakers online for less money without wasting hours of my time going to buy and then return these speakers.

Bryce gave me excellent customer service the second I walked in the door. He made the process of getting my windshield repaired quick and simple. I will definitely be returning here for my other car audio needs!

“B” is the most detail attentive guy you’ll ever meet. Took in my car for a detail and his experiance and expertise defiantly shows in the quality of work performed! Will be my go to guy for all my future details!

The guys here are amazing. Even though I spent about 15$ with them, they took about 30-45 minutes with me to help fix some problems I was having with my backup camera. Where Best Buy couldn't figure it out after rewiring it, they figured it out. I was about to get a new head unit per the bestbuy employee but they helped me fix it without spending money. Norman was a great help as well has the rest of the workers. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Great service, very willing to deal with my questions and gave me the what I felt was the best bang for my buck. Great service and had a large amount to choose from.

The service I received was exceptional. One of the speakers in my car blew out, however my warranty had just expired a week prior to the incident. Given the circumstances, JR still assisted me with phenomenal service to fix my issue.

JR at the willowbrook store helped me. He got me all squared away with a good system for a good price. Was nice and didnt take forever to get it all put in. System sounds great!

I had a great experience with all of the employees here. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted while showing me all the options that were in my budget. They made sure to keep me updated of the status of my orders and were quick with the installation. I was not satisfied with how my backup camera originally looked and they upgraded it and fixed it imidiatly. 100% recommend shopping here!

Norman and Tammy are amazing! Great personality and helpful. Norman didn't try to make me purchase anything I decided I didn't want but gave good recommendations. Tammy was bubbly and fun to talk to. They made the shopping experience fun and had me excited for my install! The technicians work was 100% as I expected the outcome to be. Thrilled and will be back!

The man that worked there told me my battery was the problem when it was clearly the starter! Not impressed with this shop's diagnosis skills!
