TERRIBLE service in the parts dept.just now. Needed a battery for my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium and was told they can't help me without the last 8 of the VIN. Drove to AutoZone and they found exactly what I needed just by asking me what motor I have, which that I knew. Too bad Caraway doesn't think to ask such complex questions. Thank you AutoZone!
Spent a couple of calls trying to buy a new truck willing to put a deposit down and pay for the truck. But a salesperson I dealt with didn’t seem interested in selling me a new vehicle. Wasted my time for nothing
