Carbon Health Urgent Care Austin Arboretum Market

What should have been routine stitches for an upper eye cut has unfortunately left with me a huge scar due to medical incompetence.

I cut my eyebrow area, had stitches with glue and was told it would dissolve on its own. In short, after a LONG and frustrating experience (the PA used the wrong stitch material that are not dissolvable, and should not have used glue with them)

This led to me coming back three times and soaking my eyebrow in nail polish remover in an attempt to loosen the glue to get the stitches out from their mistake. Additionally, I was charged each time I came back in an attempt to remove the stitches from THEIR mistake

I have a huge scar and half an eyebrow.
I went to an actual doctor after to have it cleaned up. I am a nursing student and am very disappointed with the poor quality of care + follow up.

I saw khady diagne pa-c who is clearly not competent to be working in an urgent care setting

I have tried contacting Carbon Health with no response. Go to an actual clinic if you need stitches/actual medical care.

Really great service. I went here to dress a cut that I thought might need stitches, and they fixed me up right away. Everyone I met in the office was really friendly, which put me at ease. The facility is super clean and professional. I will definitely return.

I’ve been here twice now for sick visits & im always so impressed. The office is tidy and clean and trendy, staff and physicians are so kind, and everything being sent through the app makes it so easy.

Good friendly staff. The fastest waiting time I've ever had in an urgent care and easy to make an appointment. I've been here many times and it's always easy and convenient.

2nd time here. ARC was booked solid so couldn’t go to my regular doctor.
Both times I was greeted by a friendly staff - diagnosed quickly and treated effectively! Much better than an
ER room!

Very disappointed as this clinic had high rating went in for my appointment at 6: 20 walked out at 8 PM. I’m seen by a doctor had no problem taking my co-pay. I was better off just making an appointment with my general doctor and waiting a day.
I will be calling and asking for my copay back

I had the best experience today with carbon health. From the person at the front desk, to the tech bringing me to the room, to Eric the nurse practioner. They were so friendly, time efficient, & very knowledgeable about what was going on with my symptoms. Really happy with my experience. Thank you!

I’m so disappointed at this place my son who has asthma couldn’t not see the doctor until I paid off some bill! Yes I know I need to pay it off but like I told the person at the front desk I had till April 2 to pay it off but no he was not hearing that part! Well it’s good to know that this place cares more about money then people’s health! I didn’t have any issues before but now sad to say me and my family will not be coming back again!

We did receive a great service today at Carbon Health. The receptionist is very kind and helpful and Dr Eric provided a great care to our son and made sure he covered everything before we leave.
I recommend this clinic to everyone that want to receive a great service without waiting for long hours.

I was very pleased with my care today. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately, and I was seen quickly after I arrived. The clinic is spacious and clean and everyone was friendly and efficient. Eric the very nice PA answered my questions patiently and provided good care. I would definitely return

Carbon health was fast and easy. Friendly staff and very helpful. I definitely recommend if in need of urgent care.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. The facility is modern, clean and tech friendly. A different experience from the typical Urgent Care facilities. The tech Casey and Eric the PA were the best team you would hope for in a not so great situation.

I had been sick for days and needed relief and medical guidance. Eric was super personable, patience with all my questions, thoughtful with my situation and most importantly actively listened. It was refreshing being able to have an experience like that, which is so different than the Urgent Cares I have been to in Austin.

The entire process was very simple. I scheduled an appt with them online at 5am on Sunday and had an appt a few hours later. I was in and out of their facility within 50 mins, with prescriptions already called in to my pharmacy.

I’m writing this review because like you, I was looking for an alternative and wasn’t sure who or what Carbon Health was about. Great experience, check this place out!

Prompt, patient, kind, knowledgeable, from the receptionist…all the way through the process. These people are top notch in every way.

I was a walk in and really liked the place. I didn’t have to wait and the place is beautiful and clean and great customer service. The nurse BEATRIZ was especially helpful! I would definitely return

Bea was fantastic. My PA was fantastic too, but I didn't catch her name! I hope you know who you are! I will absolutely come here again in the future.

I really like everyone that works here! They are always so friendly and make me feel better right away! Bridget is the absolute best! I really like Robert and met Casey today who was so very friendly and helpful! Thank you guys for being so thorough and caring!
