Norberto Cardenas is a great immigration attorney. He helped me during my removal proceedings. Even though, the odds were against me, I managed to overturn my removal proceedings by proving "hardship, " many cases fail proving that "hardship. " Norberto and his team were able to overturn my removal proceedings and after a long process to my becoming a U. S. Resident then applying and appealing for my citizenship, I am now a U. S. Citizen of the United States America. Him and his team are extremely professional and I strongly recommend them.

I do not recommend this law office. I hired them for a traffic ticket, you pay for the service and they did nothing. You call them and it's always a different answer.

I would like to be able to speak with the lawyer. I have a problem that I would like to be able to fix since the assistants do not give me a solution.

I would not recommend it in any way because they are only kind when it comes to charging and then those receptionists Claudia and Alexandra are rude and when they charge you more than $6.00 dollars they start telling the customer that there is no chance, be very careful because they will They take advantage of the fact that a desperate person looks for any lawyer and ends up choosing these types of lawyers

I highly recommend this firm. Ms. Rowena Rodriguez was our contact person throughout my husband’s process. From the moment he was detained until he got his green card approved just a week ago. I had gotten this firm because it was the only one that would was flexible with the initial payments, but it wasn’t about the money that we stayed with them. It was the results that we quickly saw & the way we were always consulted. Ms. Rodriguez was always very patient with all the questions we had & she explained every single step of the process very clear to us. She was very prompt to answering my emails. There wasn’t a thing that happened that she didn’t let us know before. We were never taken by surprise. The staff was always very patient & nice answering ALL of my calls & questions as well. Very professional even when my calls weren’t too nice because stress would get the best of me. I’m glad we are done with my husband’s process sooner than we expected. All thanks to Ms. Rodriguez advice & experience put into my husband’s case. I’m very grateful for having found this firm.

This office of the lawyers Cardenas and Rodríguez, are not as efficient as they describe themselves, I paid them for an immigration procedure, they failed to give me an answer and time passed and they never returned my call, but they did collect the money in minutes. I do not recommend it.

They took your money and never answer the phone. This people are ripping off the Latino community shame on them. Ratas avoid this law firm at all cost. They don't know anything about immigration law. But surely they take your money.

All I needed was an affidavit to get my passport and they couldn’t even do that. Lawyer was nice that one time I met him, but then 3 whole weeks went by and I couldn’t schedule the affidavit. His staff was rude and eventually started ignoring my calls and getting bothered that I asked for an update or at least appointment date to take care of the affidavit. Eventually I was over it and asked for my documents back on a Friday. Front desk lady was rude and told us to go back until Monday. She was upset that we hadn’t called to warn her we needed the documents. Not like they answered my calls anyway. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I never write reviews but this is necessary. Please spend ur money elsewhere. I never got a refund even though no service was ever rendered. Even getting my documents back was like pulling teeth. If there was a 0 star option I would select that instead.
