Just had an interview and GLAD I READ THE REVIEWS. So first they didn’t ask me any interview questions, they said I had to buy 2 monitors. I said I’m not buying monitors until I do research and know I’m hired. He said there was one spot left so I’d have to decide right now and I could get an offer letter. After what? No interview was conducted. No questions were asked… and the hours would be HORRIBLE. 1: 30pm-10pm. No thank you! So glad I did a Google search before declining the job.

They fired me claiming I was avoiding calls when I had been reporting tech issues for months. Instead of replacing my equipment, they terminated me. Because TX is an at will state, I couldn't fight it. Then I got a notice in the mail saying that there was a lawsuit against them for wage theft. I just got my settlement from it today. I thought they were a great company to work for while I was there. But then I was terminated on false pretenses and found out that they were stealing my wages. I don't recommend working for this company at all!

I just watched two of your YouTube videos and want to throw up. Advertising how great life is as a fourteen year old mother? You’re despicable.

I wish there was a negative for the stars. Working for this company was an absolute nightmare. I was not told the truth from the start. I was offered a full time position but was only given sixty hours every paycheck. They don't care about your health at all or the amount of burnout you have to endure by dealing with clients that you were not trained on. The unprofessionalism from the doctor's offices and nurses that call for assistance is unacceptable as well. It is very low pay and you are expected to do all of these extra things. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would rate zero stars if I could.krystle moreno was not a good manager at all and she needs to stop eating so much and lose some weight. She is upset that her husband divorced her so she would take it out on the sharecare employees.krystle also looked like the offspring of frankenstein.that woman (if you wanna call her that) was huge. It should also be known that andrea ramirez was not a very good manager. She would sleep with her employees and she even got pregnant by one and has a kid by one and she now has 3 kids with two different dudes. She was also very rude and unprofessional. Then she tries to complain on Facebook on why men don’t want to be with her cuz she has two different fathers for her children. When in reality dudes know that andrea has a lot of red flags. Stay away from carenet! They do not value good workers at all.

The managers & supervisors are so mean & stupid. Don’t recommend working for them at all. They wanna see you at your worst. TERRIBLE. They need to get retrained.

Sandra & Bernetta are the ones that don’t have a clue on what’s going on. & if you get sick they kick you to the curb.

I have been working for this company for 1 year and a few months, Remotely and i have not experience some of the rude reviews. Going by how rude some of the reviewers are should give a little idea of how the reviewer is as a person. With that being said I enjoy working for carenet

It should be known that Andrea Ramirez was not a good manager at all. She would sleep with her employees and she even got pregnant by one of them and now she has 3 kids with 2 men. Do not trust Andrea Ramirez.

Please don't ever work for this company ever they lie about hiring you full time them will cut all your hours off no good team management everything just horrible

It should be known that sara ramon was very disorganized and she would not keep her word. Not sure how she got promoted because she has no manager experience nor was she a good manager either. She also needs to lose weight and stop eating so much.

Believe the reviews you see here. This company is not great at all. I was hired here a couple weeks ago and was told to wait for on boarding instructions. The instructions literally came the day before I was scheduled to train. As I was training one of the people in office I assume was texting me non stop saying I needed my i-9 confirmed. I had already provided all info but they said I needed someone else to verify it and if I didn't I would be fired. Upon training when I arrived 1 lady showed me the office aside from that some guy just told me sit down and log in. I wasn't provided the headset needed and wasn't really told what to do I didn't even know working from home was an option. I contacted who someone said was my manager to switch and was asked who my manager was, team lead and other questions. The whole time being there I was clueless nothing was explained to me and I was lost on who I should even speak to about my employment. I decided to just quit because no one was helpful or seemed to care.

It was great company to work for in the beginning but it became such a shady company now and if your hired and your supervisor is Corey Bacon just leave your position he's the worst.

Stay away! Sara Elena Ramon is a bad person and looks like the spawn of a deceased Hippo. She has no manager experience, not sure why she was promoted. Do not trust her, she does not keep her word!
