CareNow Urgent Care - Horne, Fort Worth TX

Did not get any antibiotics for my viral throat infection. I also wasn't told till after I got back into my car after my appointment, that they don't accept Medicaid and tried to bill me for $181.

I called and made an appointment with Web Check-in. I was in and seen within 20 minutes!
The staff was very friendly and prompt, also explained and answered my questions. Our family has used this Care Now a few times and have been very pleased!

Went in for a sports physical. Everything was much faster than I expected. Everybody was also pretty nice.

My visit at Carenow was very good. The staff was polite and verified my name/dob each time they entered the room.

Awesome customer service. If you ever need to see a smiling doctor or want a simple and quick check up i recommend Urgent CareNow!

Everyone was friendly, the convenience of being able to wait at home was terrific. Only waited 2 min once I actually arrived to be called back, the visit was quick and I got exactly what I needed.

Greatest medical team ever! I was nervous walking in because I have never had stitches before and was pretty sure I was getting them today and the second I walked in the front desk greeted me with smiles and urgency. The nurses Erica and Josh made me feel less nervous, they were very gentle and helpful. Michael the PA who sutured me was comforting, meticulous and overall amazing! The whole visit was quick and easy! I will definitely be recommending them!

The check-in process was painless and the wait time was very minimal, for a walk in, that is. The staff were all very engaging and professional. This was my first time at an urgent care and would definitely recommend this particular CareNow office.

Despite being in there 30 mins to closing on a holiday they were super nice and saw me very quickly.

Very long wait for no reason. I even did a web check-in. The nurse asked if I wanted a strep or flu swab before the doctor saw me. Very strange considering I'm there for the doctor to tell what I have. It felt like I was being upsold.

Front desk ladies were very sweet and welcoming! The nurse practitioner was very efficient and took the time to really help me find the best option for my ear infection. Will always use the Horne location!

Staff were superb! I was checked in quickly and was told it would be approximately 45 minutes to be seen. No longer than 30 minutes later the nurse called me back. He took my vitals and got me to my room with extreme efficiency. He administered the flu test so well I hardly even felt it. Unfortunately the test came back positive in just a few minutes and the PA came to give the bad news. Best flu experience I’ve ever had


Second Day
With some advice from some coworkers I apply for FMLA to take the advised (by the PA) amount of days off of work. I take my FMLA paperwork to CareNow to get signed and unfortunately the PA that previously treated me was not working. I talk with who I believe is the MD and he basically flat out refuses to sign my paperwork. He claims because I no longer have a fever that I’m not contagious and can return back to work, but also advises me to cover my mouth and wash my wands. Why would I need to be precautious if I’m no longer contagious? I somewhat understand his hesitance to sign my paperwork since he wasn’t the one that initially treated me but he could have at least been more helpful. My health and my job are on the line.

They called me in sooner than I expected. Got back to the room, had to wait for the dr for a bit. The PA was nice, but also very quickly diagnosed me and decided on treatment. I wish he has slowed down and listened to my repeated problems with what I am experiencing. All in all, good service.

CareNow was very efficient with time scheduled for appt. Pa seemed very concerned about my follow up, from Monday. I was very pleased with clinic overview. I would recommend this clinic to others

I was very skeptical to go to a place like this. Check in online do yourself the favor. They are fast, clean, efficient. All staff was pleasant. I went in with very low expectations and came out very impressed.

Very good customer service. The Doctor/PA was very kind and knowledgeable. The radiologist that helped me was great and also did amazing on my blood draw. I am very pleased and I wish that I could remember their names, overall great service from entire staff that I interacted with.

Dr. Han was the best! She was kind, helpful and made an otherwise inconvenient experience actually somewhat enjoyable. My nurse was super great as well! Good humored and kind!
