Helpful staff, minimal wait with appointment. Doctor was courteous and knowledgeable; answered my questions. I would return.

Don't like the idea if you're a caregiver that you're not allowed in to visit with the doctor. If patient can't answer as medical question and says you have to ask him/he, they know more. Dr will have to come out and ask nicely to call me in, not the nurse. I wasn't the only one refused.

Everyone here really cares about the patient that I have seen walked through when I’m there has been treated with the upmost respect I love my experiences there professionally is the correct word to describe Care Now staff ️️

If you want to waste you money this is the place to go. Went in with glass in my finger needing to get it removed and left with it still in my finger. All I got was three hours of wasted time and a X-ray to tell me what I already knew. After I told the doctor I use my fingers for work daily and I wanted the glass removed he continued to put ointment and a bandage on my finger and said “if it doesn’t hurt bad just leave it”. Prescribed me pills and ointment, for glass in my finger! Sorry advice from a doctor now I have to spend more money going somewhere else and taking up more of my time just to get a doctor that will listen and do as I asked. If it wasn’t a discomforting situation I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time!

They are always efficient in.getting paperwork done.see the cna within 10 minutes.and dr within 10 min.great place when ypur feeling so sick.they are very polite too.

Very rude the minute we walk in. Got an X-ray the nurse said would be about 30-45 minutes (there was no one in the waiting room when we got there). After 1 hr and half went to see what was the hood up. The little kid told me very rude that we do have other patients (like I don’t know that) I wasn’t worried about those other patients I was asking about my daughters XRay. Got my money back and went to the NextUrgent care these people got us out in less than 2 hrs I was at that one for 4 hrs and no response from any one would never go back. Seems like that don’t understand that there is one on every corner

Good medical people did thorough check for cause of my illness. I believe they set me on the road to recovery.

No long wait and quick lab results. PA was also nice and pleasant. The whole visit was approximately between 40-45 minutes. E-rx was also quick to reach to my pharmacy.
I’m glad I choose this urgent care.

Our family has used this urgent care facility three times with good results solving all our ailments. The staff has always been well trained, professional, and caring. We would rather use this group of medical professionals then our general medical doctors for common everyday sicknesses.
