I was treating in an absolutley disgusting manner by Dr. Christian KusiMensah. He completely disregards his pateint concerns and should not be practicing medicine. He does not listen or even try. I have been going here for the past 15 years and I have never been treated in such a negligent way as I have by this doctor. You will have no autonomy over your own body and his personal opinions will have a heavy influence in how he treats you. If I were a man I feel like I would have been listened, showing that my experience was mostly based on his sexism and complete lack of professionalism.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I came into the Fort Worth office off of east chase. There was not one single individual waiting to be seen. I was there for at least 2 hours in extreme pain. I paid $260 for a COVID test that came out negative, then was told I have the flu. I spent $500 or more in this clinic for no reason. I work in the health industry and have never been treated like this, nor would I ever treat someone this way at my private practice. I went and got an over the counter covid test for $9.99, my test came back positive. I contact the care now and they refused to give me anything I asked for in order for me to heal. NO doctors office is charging $260 for a covid test. I would like to be refunded due to the faulty test and me having to have a company come out and give me an IV infusion. This company needs to pay their employees better so that they can have better employees who actually care. I will never go to a care now again. It shows that corporate could care less considering they haven’t responded to one single complaint on these reviews. This company should be ashamed of themselves, the health industry is meant to help, heal, and be compassionate with people whom are in need of health care.

The location at 5405 Cooper Arlington TX is very unprofessional. They had me on hole for 45 minutes before I decided to hang up. The front office helper Angel is no Angel at all. She hung up in my face. She told me me *whatever*. I am a Veteran and was treated like trash. I will recommend that the VA never use your services.

My husband came here in November and got a Covid and flu test which my insurance fully covers both. We were sent a $600 bill and I called and told them my insurance covered it, and there must be a mistake. I was told they were taking care of it. The next month, I received the same bill. I called my insurance to look over the EoB, and they confirmed the CPT codes they submitted were for treatment instead of tests. We conference called CareNow so my insurance could tell them this, and they said they would make a note to tell the coding department. It’s now almost May and I’m still receiving a $600 bill and having to call every month and be told they are reprocessing it correctly when they clearly aren’t. I’ll spend money on a flight to visit the corporate office myself before I pay this scam of a bill I keep receiving.

So far I’ve been here an hour and signed in and did forms online. Everyone at the front desk is around at the center desk chatting and laughing. They have turned away 2 people and have two hours before closing time. Sad that people feel as if they can treat people like that. If we didn’t need the care we would’ve stayed home.

Staff members told me I needed a A1C test. So they could complete my DOT medical. And it would not be included in the DOT physical. The test would take a week to come back. Or I could hey one somewhere else and bring it back and they would finish up my paperwork. So I go to another place to get the A1C. Bring the paperwork back and now for 2 hours they keep telling me the doctor will finish up the paperwork and will call you. After 2 hours it's now If not we'll have it for you tomorrow. This place is nothing but hassles.

The Thousand Oaks clinic is the most unprofessional, unethical, improper, unqualified clinic I have experienced in the 29 years I have been in health care. I was sent by my new employer to Care Now to complete a drug screen with a 24 hour window. Upon arrival I was not greeted by the girl at the front desk that handles the registration of the patients. She was rude and seemed stressed out, I know this because I could hear her moaning about the busy situation she was in. She was unprofessional, under qualified, and sloppy. At 4: 30 I was told that there was a 2 hour wait, so I told her I would come back in 2 hours. I returned at 6: 30pm walked up to the same front desk girl, who then turned me away for a second time stating I had to be there before 6: 00pm. I was told to return the following day. The following day I returned at 11: 00am and turned away again because “They need to go to lunch, so come back after 1: 00 pm. You can go somewhere else. ” I would have gladly gone somewhere else, however I had to go to this clinic because this is where Rid Aid corporate sent me. At this point I had 1 hour to complete the drug screen or I wouldn’t get the job. I was NEVER informed of the hours they completed the testing, not the first, second or third time I returned to the clinic. I even watched as she turned another women away, and failed to inform her of their testing hours. They turned away patient after patient because they needed to “Go to lunch. ” It’s an URGENT CARE PEOPLE! Patients come in the urgent care to be seen in an urgent matter. Olivia is the rude and inappropriate girl coved in tattoos that works in the front desk. Why CareNow would want someone like this representing their clinic, is beyond me. If you plan to go to Thousand Oaks CareNow plan on waiting for hours or even be turned away.

The location on Midway and I -635 is horrible; unprofessional and dishonest. I waited hours to be seen, just to be given false information. This wasted time and money, for something that could have been easily handled. The staff members were rude and lied to me about my wait time. Members had no name tags visible, they were eating (Chick-Fil-A) at the front desk area, and were very short when I would ask questions. I was ignored and forgotten. When I entered the facility, only one person was in the waiting room. However, more patients would enter after I arrived about 20 minutes later. After about an hour, I asked about my appointment, but was quickly told, " we're working on it". Individuals who came after me were finished and gone. The lobby lost the traffic and I was still waiting for my drug screen. Eventually, the tech called my name and said my paperwork, which the front desk staff printed out, was invalid or had expired. My company has a contract with CareNow, so everything is already paid for. The tech could not complete my drug screen and by this time, it was well after 5 pm. Getting in touch with my company to research this error was impossible because they were closed. The next day, my company reassured me, the tech must have been untrained or new due to the false information she provided. This is unacceptable

I strongly would not recommend this place. My son who is on our insurance went yesterday to get a covid test.after being pushed back 2 hours from his check in time, they charged us $584 which through our insurance is FREE.when asked they told us they had billed our insurance.which was not TRUE after further probing they admitted to not even billing insurance and said we had to file a claim with our insurance. They take are taking advantage of people sick and desperate. Website says that they take insurance and NOWHERE does it say your have to file your own claims and. They are dishonest and was caught in a lie. Cedar Hill, TX location

$211 bill for allergies. Told me with my insurance I didn’t owe anything when I checked in. A month later the $211 bill was sent to me.

I have never experienced such disrespect from a healthcare facility before. My wife had a UTI that was bringing her to tears. We showed up the this facility about 8 mins before the close… I tried to call multiple times but there was no answer. They explained that they had too many patients to allow her to be seen, as she is crying. Mind you, if they would have answered their phone, I would have taken her somewhere else. There was no one in the lobby, and no noise in the back. I asked them if they could please see her as we wouldn’t take much time.and she was in severe pain! They were so heartless! I told them that they were extremely unprofessional left and as soon as I did they turned off all the lights! No patients in this care now what so ever! In healthcare, you have to have empathy! I understand that healthcare professionals work long hours, as I have family that are nurse practitioners and firefighters! Have a heart!

Wow what a liberal company, you don’t even deserve one star. Go into one of your facilities in excruciating pain am told we can’t help you COVID testing comes first. Ok if someone has Symptoms I get it but just getting tested just because should not go before anyone with an obvious health issue. Especially with a disease that has no cure. If I end up with a major infection do to not being seen you with be hearing from my attorney.

This place is absolutely awful. Never going again or are any of my friends or family. Going once to get a simple covid test somehow turned into a $700 bill after I was promised at the counter there would be no charge with the type of insurance I had. (Nor is there supposed to be a charge since covid tests are not supposed to cost anything). I have been trying to resolve this for the past 6 months and no representative or manager have followed through in helping. I was told I was going to be getting calls back three times now and no one has called. They have admitted multiple times to not even having run my insurance. About a week ago I found out that they had sent my information to the credit bureau
who are now calling me and sending me letters. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved. Your incompetence should not be placed on others.

Nice receptionist made appt online.then felt cast aside as walk in with upfront money got in ahead of me had to wait over 50 minutes to be seen then vocolaized my displeasure and dr looked at me as if was he didn't know what to.do. I had an appt with covid 19 symptoms. Very very upset
