CareNow Urgent Care - Avery Ranch reviews
16It was an easy process to get scheduled online in advance. I showed up after receiving a text message saying they were ready and I was back within 10 minutes. Friendly staff and great service. Particularly Farrah, who was amazing and friendly. Thank you!
The receptionist, nurse was so so friendly. Doctor was too, seem to be too much in a hurry.
Overall, really friendly staff.
We have been coming to this Urgent care for years. They are efficient, they are thorough and have good doctors. This our go-to when we are sick. Highly recommend!
The most incredible staff & Dr. Salcedo saw me immediately for an allergic reaction. Very professional and caring.
The worst place to go. My daughter needed immediate care. She was bleeding continuously and we took her at here for stitches. They ask us to fill all the forms, which we did. It took them one hour to notify us that they didn’t receive our completed form.we filled the form again. Then once we were called in, they asked questions and didn’t even change the bandage. Then asked us to go to ER. They didn’t want to do anything and for them to tell us to go to ER we are charged $330. Staff is on the front on 2/9/2023 was not even taking care of new patients appropriately. I don’t even want to give this place one star.
The wait was short and the staff was great. The doctor answered all my concerns and gave me helpful information that would help in relieving my condition. Everything was great!
Fantastic experience Dr Alex was really good and attentive to health issue and managed well.
Do not go here unless you know you will see a Dr. If Lian Yuan NP walks in tell to send a Dr in. She doesn't know how to listen and will tell you you're doing everything wrong. She won't do a proper assessment and will dismiss you without proper treatment.
Best location; professional and helpful starting from checking in with Robin to seeing provider all good experience.
CareNow Avery ranch is attentive & the web check in is a great feature assisting with being in & out. I appreciate the professionalism by PA Kenzie & just genuine care & willingness to listen & treat
If you want to sign in online for a specific time but still wait 2+ hours with your kid, go to this urgent care… “it’ll be 30 minutes” “30 more minutes” “come back in in 15 minutes”. The front window staff are not friendly. Then tried to say my child needed to mask up. I said he couldn’t and got a snarky reply back… my child is special needs. No one should have to tell you that info out loud in a waiting room to stop you from harassing them about a mask.
I love the quick in and out for a simple ear infection. Everyone was super professional and friendly. My ear infection is on the mend.
I have been using Care Now for the past several years. Last Sunday my daughter woke up not feeling well and we wanted to be sure she didn’t have anything serious. We used the check in online feature and were contacted promptly to come in. When we arrived the process was so easy.
Ketisha was our nurse and I cannot speak more highly of the care she showed and she has an incredible personality.
I am so grateful for this company, and even more grateful for the staff, they truly make the location special.
Did online sign in never heard from the Georgetown location. Did another online sign in for Avery Ranch. Still took over 2 hours. Sure miss Dr. Stokes.
Very professional and helpful filing out forms and have a great customer service experience
Called to confirm OOP pay for a consult, they said $155, and I asked again when I got there just to be sure; still $155, and that's how much I paid before being seen- much cheaper than other places I looked at. From walking in to being seen by a provider: took an hour. No redundant form information or filling out the same things over and over on physical and electronic forms. Front desk ladies were great, the assistant that got more info was okay (she seemed tired maybe), and the PA I saw was awesome (I don't remember her name) and took care of me pretty quickly while still hearing out my concerns. I received a "Clinical Summary", which included the prescriptions ordered, at check out. This location does still require a mask to be worn in order to be seen; they provide if you do not have, including children's masks. They also play children's movies in all the rooms- Toy Story, The Good Dinosaur, and another movie I didn't know are what I saw while there (not in their entirety).
