Charged $700 for a simple Covid test. Even after insurance they want me to pay over $300. There is definitely price gouging going on here.

Filmon b was very helpful with the insurance process. Andrea the nurse made me feel very comfortable while discussing my symptoms. The provider enyew was very professional and met all my needs

This CareNow location is basically my GP - they are so helpful, kind, and always friendly. And the doctor or physician assistant I see has always helped me, and prescribed what was needed to get me on the mend. The front office staff is so patient and nice, and really great at sorting out insurance stuff. A+!

Very quick and great service, I was there for an hour total. Haylee and Evelyn at the front desk were extremely helpful. My Nurse Lisa provided exceptional service, as well as my MA Keyhan. Will definitely be my go-to clinic from here on out.

Kind receptionist, the service was easy to understand and was delivered with little complications.

I told the medical assistant that a sprained foot was the reason for my visit, and it needed an x-ray to confirm if it was broken. I waited an hour for the doctor to come in, take a look at it, and say “yes, that needs an X-ray” but they did not have an x-ray tech in the clinic today so he referred me to their other location. I do not understand why CareNow - Dallas Abrams allowed me to check in and wait for a service it could not offer.

They could’ve shared details of my insurance not going through until i show up 30 minutes away when they called us to show up there.and not to mention the X-Ray male was being extremely rude and ignoring my mother was just outrageous and disrespectful as a person.could’ve been nicer

The staff is friendly and they are quick. The location is convenient and I never have any issues.

First and most important do not turn patients away for insurance card not present! Horrible urgent patient care—- definitely have insurance and if some possible way you cannot verify insurance with DL and SSN to confirm insurance, there is the other method cash payment. But fortunately I’m less than five minutes away and returned with proof of insurance. Again in America you can provide health care without insurance—but the receptionist and policy here is cold and insensitive. Please correct your medical care approach and be considerate of others feeling ill but do not warrant ER attention.

Tammy my last experience changed the game yiou have a great lady helping me and was guiding me through a requested change in my medical strategy - she was great! I called and asked for Tamy three times but this Eddie was indifferent and fueled my fears and feelings - He was wrong- Once again, Tammy and her team have been on the top of their game, best service the best treatment and best follow-up. Great Location! Kudos! These ladies make it happen at this Carenow! Aysha is the best person to greet and manage your intake. Aysha gets it! She Rocks! And there is Javia! She will make sure your records and case are correct! She has a great smile. Likewise, She Rocks! I also want to give a shout-out to Timia She has grace, professionalism and great courtesy. She works great under pressure. She is very smart and very caring about her patients. Not only that, but she rocks! I call them the Charmed ones!

Went there this past Sat for a back injury. In a lot of pain… pain that runs down my leg and also in my pelvic area. This dr said take Tylenol n ibuprofen n use bengay. None of that helps. Still in a lot of pain.
