CareNow Urgent Care - Leon Valley, San Antonio TX

I don't really have any complaints other than the wait time. I arrived at 11: 30am and was told I had 2 patients in front of me. I waited in the exam room for about 2 hours before the PA came in to assess me, then another good chunk of time before I got my prescription and discharge paperwork. I didn't leave until almost 3 o'clock. Other than that, the staff was really nice and friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to help.

A very pleasant and efficient visit to the clinic. No wait checking in online and got a notice when they were ready to see me.

Wife checked in early. Still waited over 2 hours even though she was one of only two patients. And they said it's because someone called out. This place sucks.

Fast efficient and friendly staff. I feel much better after a steroid shot and other test performed.

Why offer an online waitlist and a service to text you when it’s your turn only to blatantly ignore that? Received the text it was time to come in over an hour ago, still have not seen a doctor.

Took my 93 year old mother in for an XRay of her wrist, following a fall. Every single staff member was caring and compassionate, while being very efficient and knowledgeable. This will be our urgent care clinic of choice from now on!

Never going back, Dr was rude and dismissive. If my daughter was fine then why would I be talking her in with a fever and not feeling well. Some people should not be in healthcare. I had never experienced a Dr making me feel like I’m making symptoms up, she was very unprofessional.

They are absolutely amazing and Ms Tammy is such a life saver definitely would recommend them over and over

I love this urgent care. From the medical assistants to the PA, Dr. Brown. Everything is top tier. They listen to your concerns and have no issue sending what you need to the pharmacy to help you feel better or even sending you to get more test done if needed at the hospital. I always come to this urgent care first instead of waiting for long hours at the hospital. They accept Medicaid and Aetna and I just love how they care for you.

Quick and efficient I was in an out. Only thing is is there was someone there coughin up a storm and it took a while for the worker to tell them to put on a mask

The process of getting an appointment was difficult and getting ahold of some to ask questions was not easy. However the appointment went well once I arrived and the staff was curious and helpful.

I got there around 4: 15 or so, and there were no other patients there! It took me about 10 min to fill out the paperwork, and then I was immediately seen by a provider. It was very quick and easy, and the providers were really reassuring. I would definitely try to get there before 5: 00; there were a lot of people showing up right when I was leaving.

The front desk didn't know what services they actually provided and the nursing staff couldn't keep the patient's forms in order. I spent 2 hours for nothing. I did the web check- in only to arrive on time and have to wait 90 minutes in the waiting room and then they got everyone out of order.

This is my second visit to Care Now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under 1 hour.
