CareNow Urgent Care - Manor

This Urgent Care center was very professional and the check in desk was able to get me processed fast. Care was excellent. Wait time was ok.

Used the online check-in for first time which was convenient but the only thing I couldn't tell for sure is if I was going to get appointment that day so I was clinging to my phone until I got the text to tell me to come. Everything else went well I took good care of me.

I just called them. I realize that they are closing soon, but the young woman that answered the phone was obviously eating something and I could not understand the things she said I guess she was ready to leave for the day and didn’t have time to deal with a simple question I had

They will charge you a bunch of money and do absolutely nothing and on top of that ask you a whole bunch of questions that are completely unrelated to the real problem. I stepped on a piece of glass waited four hours had them soak my foot after waiting four hours. Which soaking my food and water could’ve happened at any point during the time I was waiting or even after I saw the nurse and then had to wait another 45 minutes to see the doctor. Their system wasn’t working and they tried to bill me for more than what was required. The staffing nice enough but if you wanna be out $200 in being in the exact same place you were when you began I think this is the place you should go to a or if you want them to ask detailed history over your sexual activities when you come in for stepping on a piece of broken glass only cannot help you with the actual broken glass issue. This is definitely the place you go to.

It's very telling when you walk in to this "urgent" care and half of the waiting room is asleep, and the other half are irate. The waiting time for this facility is atrocious. Be prepared to hear children crying for most likely over 2 hours because they're sick and miserable and stuck in this awful waiting room for far too long. Several people have already walked out without being being seen, this is no way to run a clinic. I just need a TB test READING and I've already been here for 3 hours. I am in my 9th month of pregnancy, I was told the wait time was an hour and a half, that was obviously a lie. I was not prepared for that 3 hour wait at all, I was thirsty and starving by the time I was seen. Just awful.

I went to this Urgent Care today 12/23/23 because I just felt so sick. Was seen and treated with respect and dignity. The staff was very professional and personable and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to visit an Urgent Care.

Staff was nice and professional. NP was very pleasant and on top of our concerns. Would choose to come here again.

My parents are here from out of state for Christmas. The registration process is too difficult. Every person in the waiting area was having problems. The girls behind the desk are less than helpful. I was trying to help my mom and one of the girls asked me to take a seat. Ridiculous. I spoke up and said I'm trying to help her, then the girl helping my mom refused to finish the Registration part she was helping her with. I will never take anyone here again. EVER!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst place ever. First there wasn’t anyone at the front. So we did the check in online waited 20 minutes just for them to tell us they didn’t accept her insurance. My 2 year old was screaming the whole time and no reception was there!

It was nice to talk with provider, she was very nice and helpful but the registration lady had no a good behavior, I hope she could change her behavior and next patient don’t see the same behavior which I saw with registration lady (she should be a little polite and respectful)

I came here to do a drug test for a job I sat here 2 hours to do that drug test I told the lady that I had a bladder problem and that I would probably have to go pee I don't know how long after that I'll be able to pee again she said well fine just go pee you'll just wait here till you're done or till you can pee again The lady that help me was real rude very rude yelling at me telling me where to stand Don't go anywhere do this do that and a demeaning manner I tried talking to her well how's your day going she would never even answer a simple question just the rude look I will safely say I will never come to this place again I will never recommend it to anyone again 2 hours to pee and I checked in online they said I didn't they let everybody go before us they came in after we were already there they let everybody go for us

Poor receptionist. Not friendly to customers. Gossiping loudly in the back but giving customers hour wait times. Doesn’t move with agency or customer care. Very rude to a mother that has been waiting all day to be seen, completely disregarded her questions and frustrations

Terrible practice and customer service at this location. There was a 1.5 hour wait and was told I can check in online and would be notified when it was my turn to be seen. I waited 4 hours and did not receive a single notification. When I went back to the desk she said that walk ins have priority vs online check ins. Does not make any sense when I was originally a walk in but was told to check in online. Do not give your time or money to this place!

My experience was excellent. My appointment was on time. My NP was knowledgeable. My meds were submitted timely.

Registered online but still waited 2 & half hrs. Also, girl in front, very rude. I was given someone else's paperwork & asked if I had more paperwork for myself. Well, the girl said wait let me check. She went to the back, came back to the front & didn't say anything. I sat for a while, still she didn't say anything, so I got up to ask. She answered all rude, that the people in the back were with patients & she couldn't ask. How am I supposed to know that, if she didn't say anything to me? If she doesn't want to answer questions, maybe she has the wrong job. Anyways, don't know what happened here. I'm from Manor & have came here since it was FastMed & now, CareNow & had never been treated like that & just for a question.

Great services just could be a little more convenient with the timings but great hospitality……

The care provider was Amazing. Dr Mckenzey. She made me feel so welcoming. She had the time to explain all that is was doing with me. She gave me chance to ask questions

I called for two days straight, and their phone lines are busy or something is going on. And then, when I brought it up to their attention after I drove there in person, the staff was pretty condescending. I also waited two hours just to get what I needed done. I’m never going back to this clinic.

Kind front desk staff but was incorrect regarding what would be included in my services in which I paid. Dirty/grim office. Rude nurse, felt rushed and like a burden. Doctor was nice but inattentive. Saw him for a total of 2 minutes! Spend your money elsewhere.

It was the worst experience that I've ever had in my life they had the front desk they had a floater. You can ask Erica about the situation. The manager of the urgent care care now so she can explain the situation.that person in the front desk when I left and came back was talking about me to another person there that I did not see their face but I think it was the other nurse there. She was talking about me. And I said that it was very unprofessional to talk about patients that way and talking about a patient and their information is a hippa law!
