CareNow Urgent Care - Southlake

Everyone was super sweet friendly and professional. From the front desk to the Dr herself.

I had a positive experience at Southlake CareNow, from the initial check-in to the nurse visit and X-ray technician. However, my interaction with the doctor was less favorable as she appeared unfriendly and hesitant to provide a boot for my sprained foot.

No appointment. Walk-in for physical. They had a long wait (1.5 hr) but offered call back when room was ready so I was able to run some errands.

The front desk staff was so nice and made the paperwork process go quickly. The medical assistant was very thorough so the doctor didn’t have to ask me the same questions when she came in. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very clean facility!

The experience my mom had was terrible. She is feeling really really sick and she went to this CareNow and they had her pay $195 upfront just to tell her to take Ibuprofen. They did not even offer her any sort of antibiotic or medication she could take to feel better.

Registered online and when I couldn't make the first available spot they called and were able to defer my spot very easily & they were very kind and accommodating! When I got there, they were really friendly and then called me quicker than I anticipated to get me in a room. The doctor was very informative and made sure I was comfortable with the plan & that all my answers were questioned. I truly enjoyed this location!

They were super nice and professional. Also, they didn't waste my time; they were ready to see when they said they would be ready.

Probably some of the best service I’ve ever gotten out of care now would 10/10 come back for any health needs

The staff was all very patient and kind. The doctor explained everything in detail so that I could make an informed decision about my care - and, to ensure I didn't decide based on any preconceived notions. While my situation was not an emergency, I was still very glad they were open and available on a weekend when my PCP is not. I would definitely come back here in the future. It was a very positive experience.

All staff were amazing! The Dr.came in quick but took his time with me. He was very kind and took time to explain EVERYTHING to me! Answered any and all my questions and helped me understand how to proceed with my care. Thank you, every experience we have had (2 children and husband and I) have all been amazing experiences!

Dr. Mills and the medical assistant who handled my care today at 3 PM, were hands down the BEST medical professionals I have experienced! I really appreciate the staff at CareNow Southlake! Dr. Jafri took her time explaining my treatment and responding to all my questions. I didn’t feel like it was rushed. I would highly recommend this location!

I love this place! I love the ability to check in online, I love the courteousness at the staff, and Dr. Ruiz is the best doctor ever!
