Everyone that took care of me, took time to listen and genuinely cared. Kaitlyn was the best.

In an effort to avoid long wait, I completed my check in from home and as soon as I arrived received a text that I was ready to be seen. Then went in and waited over an hour and half before a Dr saw me. Staff was nice but the wait time seemed excessive and text message was very misleading.

The entire staff was caring and professional, I would this urgent care facility to my family and friends. Thank you.

There was a wait but the attending staff was bright, kind and attentive. Yes, there was a wait but that's how medical care is, you never know who is going to come in needing attention. My only issue was not being able to get a detailed receipt same day.

Awful! Receptionist is lazy and rude.after leaving her desk unattended for 10 minutes, and every one in the waiting room. Insurance website was down, so I was unable to pull up my child's info, and she offered me no help, like making a phone call on her end or pulling it up on her computer from our last visit. We walked out! The receptionist before her was professional, helpful and courteous every time I've had to visit.

Care staff was very kind and patient; spending sufficient time getting medical history and discussing treatment plan.

I've been trying to see the doctor since this morning. There's a lady Diana and the friend that works there says that I couldn't see the doctor I was turned away on the 20th of November because she said I had a balance of $300. So this morning, on November the 29th 2023 I called Edna and said that they were gonna clear the balance, they were gonna rerun it. They gave me a reference number, I called her department I spoke to her manager she told me to go ahead and call billing and to call them back and it shouldn't be a problem for me to go see the doctor as soon as I do that. And they don't take everything that i'd be able to see the doctor I called the on the back. I told her what was told to me. She said she had to verify it herself. So then that was the morning my son got out of work at 5 o'clock. I drove over there. Cause I'm in extreme pain at this point I have AUTIII know what I have. I was truly there the last time. But I don't think I was giving the right medicine. So that's why I'm having to go back. She has me waiting in the lobby saying she has to wait for her manager. So I get on the phone start calling her manager she asked me who I was calling I told her I'm calling her manager because they I was so lucky to get seen. At this point she's still giving me a hard time. I told her that I think she was racist, she was acting like she was acting with me like if she was a racist person I told her, I had to pee to tell the nurses I was there for UTII needed a cup. She didn't do any of that. I didn't see any of that. I had to fill out the paperwork with the paper instead of doing it on the lap on the little ipads like normal. That I'm normally done, I've never had this much trouble there. The other lady that was working there was wonderful, she made me write everything out and then yet she still didn't tell nobody that I knew she use Russian, then she tells me she's just 90 minutes later. She tells me she got the approval that I can be seen and still. No nurses came out to come. Get me to take you away. So I asked her to unlock the door that I was walking to the back end to peace so bad, and I went to the nurse station and told them if they had a cup so I could pee on cause I knew I was gonna have to get my urine analysis culture and they said yes, here come to use. It up there Russian. No problem, and that was it? I came out and waited to see the doctor and walked out. That lady is racist, she's hateful, she's mean. And there's something that has to be done about her. I've been around a lot of people. I work in Health Insurance. I've wiped to get the Williams and county health department during Kobe. I've never run across a lady. That was the way this lady is. I don't think this lady has the right to be working around people. Especially she doesn't know how to keep her self. Thoughts as far as being racist to herself.

Everyone was very nice and caring. Check-in was quick and friendly. Dr Trinh listened to my concerns and provided clear and helpful guidance. The nurses also took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable.

The doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. They listened to me instead of brushing me off.

I will never stop by this place in a emergency. They had no compassion for my injury. And never even call in 800 mg of ibuprofen she prescribed. My chest was killing me and couldn't get a deep breath from my chest hitting a ceramic tub. Then within 12 hours I was told that my son had passed away at a different hospital. No one should ever experience this treatment. I will go to Ascension from now on. Why go to Kmart when you can go to Sears is a nice way to describe the lady doctor there. God bless everyone

It was a short wait to be seen. Staff and doctor’s were friendly and they started tests immediately to find out what treatment I needed. I felt cared for and everyone was an expert in their field. I will come back if needed.

Used the office’s portal for appointment - they called me when it was time. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Very good service. These people were all over it when my primary care doctor at ARC dropped the ball.

The visit was great. It’s been over 2 hours and my prescription still hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy.
