Got the flu from visiting a previous clinic, nurse had the gall to blame it on the fact that I wasn't wearing a mask. Never coming here again.

I have had to use the Care Now group on several locations and each location has been consistently wonderful
Going to the doctor is never fun, but their efficiency and quick turn around at assessing, diagnosing and treating makes it pretty painless. The staff are great and I got to see the same PA as before which actually made it nice. Thanks.

After 1hr wait at 7: 00pm I left without getting service! Customer service was horrible. I have not been at a place that no one likes to work or did not care! You should change your name from carenow to we don’t care!

I went in with an infected, ingrown toenail. Kate was absolutely the best! She had me all fixed up and on my way, in no time. Her style and proficiency were excellent and appreciated!

Fast service, Kind, knowledgeable, excellent doctor! I came and was seen and out in under an hour. Clean waiting area, plenty of tissues on tables, clean bathroom, nice patient rooms

I had a positive experience at the HCA clinic (Burnet), thanks to the courteous front desk service and the exceptional care provided by Claudia. The staff was prompt, and the clinic's cleanliness added to the overall positive impression. I appreciate the attention to detail and the caring approach of both the front desk team and Claudia.

Came in with injured finger. After x-rays were taken, I was referred to an orthopedist for a severely dislocated finger to get wrenched back into place. I wish that procedure could've been accomplished by this CareNow Urgent Care office. Otherwise, accurate diagnosis and care instructions.

Took longer even after I had saved my place.

Took spouse in for a dislocated/lacerated finger, they saw and treated him quickly. Everyone we met was extremely kind. (Hopefully, we don't have to come back) but if we do, I will come here.

The cute doctor and nurse did an amazing job of cutting my toenail off, even though I was squirmy and screaming. I cannot thank her enough for helping me on my journey to be able to walk and be a normal lady again.

Love that I was able to pre register online and wait at home. Providers were friendly and thorough. Grateful to quickly get X-rays and testing taken care of.

Not all these urgent clinics are created equally, and the employees at this location really make Carenow the best place in the area.

Showed up on a Saturday evening. Hours of operation showed 7pm, but they were closed at 5: 45pm.
