Checked in for ear aches online, wait time was reasonable. Diagnosis was quick and each step of the diagnosis was explained, including the things that weren't seen. Very happy with my visit

I was attended very quickly although I was not very happy about the diagnosis because is seem as if the doctor was guessing what could be wrong with me she prescribed meds and gave me a work order to get additional check up.

Ease of booking appointment online, received a time within 30 min. Kelsey at the front was professional, Shamika CNA listened, Dr. Lian listened and gave good care followup.

This was a great experience on 10/15/23. I got in there and was immediately able to get what I needed done. The young lady that helped me was Awesome. The doctor was prompt and helpful to my needs. Thank you for caring.

I will only stay for the receptionist, she does not have a good way of receiving patients, with a bad face and unwillingness.for everything else it was fine

I went there 6 months ago and it was fine. Went there two weeks ago and they have totally changed. They now don't take your insurance card to type it in themselves. You (when you are feeling terrible enough to go to urgent care) have to figure out how to input your life story on their website using your phone. Then they took a culture of my throat and sent me a text with yet another link I couldn't get logged into. When I called for the test result I didn't get a call back.ever. Where are the real people or is this place just run by robots with no customer service skills?

Excellent and efficient care.
The receptionist called to confirm my appointment, nurse was kind, attentive, and quick, and the provider was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Would recommend this location. Did not have to wait long. Alex the Nurse Practitioner is very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff were very kind.

Came here to get a sports physical for my son. Showed up at 4: 40pm and was told by the receptionist they were closed. I let them know their hours on Google say they close at 7pm. I was told Google hasn't updated their hours yet, but their door shows the new closing hour of 5pm on Saturday. Ok, fine. It's still only 4: 40pm though, so why am I told they're already closed? Another lady came out from the back to reiterate that they were closed, so I repeated to her that it's not 5pm yet. I don't understand why I was being denied a service at a medical facility.

I went in to this location twice this year. On both occasions, I did not feel as if the doctor was actually looking at the issues I was describing. On further review with another doctor just days later, I can see that was absolutely the case, as their notes did not point to what I kept reminding them I was actually in for. Also, they missed an obvious throat issue, which dumbfounded the next doctor I saw. Two experiences, both bad, while dealing with potential heart complications. Don't go here

After my own doctor canceled my doctor's appointment at the last minute and couldn't reschedule, Care Now Tech Ridge got me in and seen. All staff were efficient and kind. They listened and made a plan for what to do next to take care of me.

Several issues with the front desk and insurance. $2.77 magically became $100. They also asked me a question about what I was there for *within hearing range* of other people in the lobby. It was fine once I was seen, but the front was concerningly sloppy.

Horrid experience! All of the front desk clerks are rude, inexperienced and will hang up on you or forward your call to the back. For a week I’ve been trying to get ahold of their manager and no one could give me a straight answer on where she was (Anna). I was told she would be in the next day, then the next day and after the fifth day I was fed up. Until I got upset she was out sick all of a sudden. How do you not know that your manager is out sick for a week? The lack of communication with their own staff is ridiculous. Also, how is there no back up manager in charge? The only reason I was trying to reach her was because one of the staff members recommended I speak to the clinic manager for the questions I had when I came in for my visit.

I went to the CareNow in Round Rock to get my stitches and the staff there was excellent! I was charged a co-pay of $40 (which I wasn't supposed to be charged a co-pay to begin with). It's fine I get mistakes happen. I went to this Tech Ridge location (because it was closer to my house) to get my stitches removed and they charged me an additional $200 when it was supposed to be a follow up appointment. Nothing was performed and they sent me home because my stitches were not ready. I have no issue with people making mistakes or out sick. My issue is that no one could give me a straight answer or call me back for 5 days and kept stringing me along saying she will be in the next day and the next day.

If I was told from day one she was out sick then I would be fine with it. It wasn’t until day 5 I was told she was out sick.

I would not recommend this location if you have issues or questions.
