CareNow Urgent Care - Wheatland, Dallas TX

Do NOT go here. The wait time was ridiculous, and they are unprofessional and rude. I went there and the lady at the check-in desk asked me why I was there, despite me putting it on the check in form. What if I didn’t want people in my business? Then, as I’m waiting for over an hour in the back, I politely ask, how much longer I’ll be waiting, and the nurse was extremely rude! It wouldn’t be bad if they didn’t charge so much, but they do! I left!

I went to this location because I felt feverish, achy, weak, nauseous/vomiting, diarrhea. I had surgery last week, and it was automatically assumed that the way I was feeling had to be because of my surgery. The doctor told me that I should not have come there. She did not swab me for the flu, did not suggest a COVID test.well, I got a COVID test today and it was positive. The doctor and the staff were very rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone. $250 for some nausea medicine, and to be treated so inhumane.

It was fast and easy. I enjoyed Teresa’s sarcasm, knowledge and accuracy when it came to service and wait times. One of a kind. My UA lady, goodness she was a sight to see but very professional. Thanks so much guys!

Service was extremely slow. One person ahead of me and was there 1 hour to pee in a cup. That process was better.

Came her for a rapid covid test was told it was up to the dr to determine if i qualified for it. Waited and was told no that my surgery that was scheduled the day i went to take the test for friday 2 days later was not a good enough reason to qualify for a rapid covid test even though my own doctor sent me to get a rapid covid test. Not sure why/how never got to speak to the dr only communication through a nurse wasnt even allowed in the building not sure why i paid the 75 copay to be told no for a simple yes or no question. Maybe that was the consultation. Not a good place for a rapid covid test

The staff customer service was great. My experience with the doctor, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting time was superb. I would definitely recommend this CareNow.

Made a web appointment and was happy with the process. Like any med office, waiting was required but I was seen, heard and left with an appropriate diagnosis and service.

Went here this weekend because my daughter had a fever we could not break, by the time we got there her fever was 104. They did their best to try to get the temp to come down and have her feel comfortable and feeling better. My daughter is now feeling way better today and its all thanks to the doctor she saw on Sunday. My first pick when it comes to urgent needs.

I just came to get a test done. I had to sit and wait for almost 2 hours to get a shot that took just a few minutes. The nurses weren't nice at all.

Miss Rakeesha was great and she made me feel a lot better about my visit because I was very much down. The staff was courteous as well. Although I was there due to an unfortunate injury I left feeling much better due to everyone that assisted me.

Takes forever to get some service. I waited 4 hours before they called me and was there before they even open.

2 hour estimated wait time became a 5 hour nightmare. Staff is fine but system is crazy and is not right.

Came in for my child physical was told it'll be a hour wait and they'd call me, as we're seated in the lobby (1 and a half) they called my phone (left voice mail) the caller was totally not understandable. I had to let them know we were present. We get back to a room, we're told it'll be a 30 minute wait, that's a lie! Been waiting over an hour, haven't been seen yet. Never again! And please save your sorry automated response. Y'all SUCK!

This is the worst place ever.
Do yourself a favor and don't go here and waste your valuable time.
I have expressed myself to one of the office managers and looks like they don't care what you think. Even the nurse has a terrible attitude. She is there because she has too, very rude. I'm sorry but if you guys continue to treat your patients like if they don't matter, you guys will run out of business. Waiting time 3hrs 30 min

Horrible I sat in a room for 2 extra hours after my hour wait not to even get seen this is the worst facility they might as well tear it down

I came here because I was still having problems even after seeing my primary care doctor the day before. I did have a wait but I ran some errands and they called when they were ready. Saw the doctor and he knew what was wrong and after getting my medication I instantly started feeling better. I have no complaints about my visit.

Web check in is a must otherwise you might be waiting for hours in the lobby instead in the comfort of your own home.

Bad service. Doctors are quacks. Got there before it open 8am. The wait was still 3 hours before being seen. Went in for a sinus infection. No blood work, no test, no shots over the counter medicine. Charged $300. I've been robbed.

Horrible service! I'm Law Enforcement and advised them that I was on duty and needed attention. Was told to come in and wait for 2.5 hours because it was after 7pm and they close at 9pm. I did web check in to prevent that kind of mess. You would think they'd understand the importance, but it doesn't seem so. I'd go zero if the rating would allow it.

Went in to schedule a physical, at 4: 00 pm was told I would be called because of a two hour wait. No call as if 8: 30 so I called no answer. Went back to clinic at 8: 45 a.m. The next day was over charged $35.00 for a $20.00 physical. Customer Service was so unprofessional told me I had to call billing to get my money refunded.
