Always a comfortable environment, clean and very pleasant. I get in and out quickly. Never have to wait. Staff is friendly and professional. I usually see the Nurse Practitioner Shania Mominkhawaja who I absolutely love. She is enthusiastic about patient care and makes my health concerns feel valid and valued. She was so excited when my cholesterol levels were within normal range, she was happier than me. I have been going to Care One for 10 years and have my daughter seeing them as well. Great doctors office.

The facility is convenient for me with plenty of parking spaces the practice is clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

I recently had a challenging time being sick in the hospital, and Dr. Khawaja went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. His passion and genuine concern made a significant difference during a difficult period. I appreciate the dedication and expertise, and I highly recommend Dr. Khawaja!

I did not receive the best care from this clinic. The medical staff treats you like a number, not a person. It's nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone or someone to return a phone call or respond to an email. The last straw was broken when I received only 5 tablets from two prescriptions after I asked my pharmacist to contact the physician for refills. When I reached out to the office staff and finally spoke to a live person, I was told to come in for an appointment in order to receive refills. My response: If I didn't call you to learn this news, then when were you going to contact me? Her answer: We've been busy! Not the answer I wanted! I told her that I'll be looking for a new primary care physician!

This place could care less about their patients and they lie also. They called in the wrong prescription and did not call in the one I needed. I have called almost every day for a week requesting the refill with the receptionist telling me she would call it in. They still have not done so 7 days later. I have now run out of a medication which should not be stopped abruptly and am now experiencing the effects of withdrawal. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT GIVE ONE FLIP ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!

Terrible attention, they move the appointments whenever they want. The receptionist is very rude, I changed my primary doctor to this clinic and I just left very disappointed by the treatment of her staff. They changed my mom's appointment 4 times. So disrespectful! The receptionist, no matter how hard I tried to explain my mother's situation, did not help me at all.

Worst medical practice. The manager Vicki is unprofessional and useless. The physicians do not document correctly. Every prescription has either an incorrect Diagnoses Requesting a prior authorization takes 2 or 3 attempts. Dr. Always late. If you care about your loved ones seek care elsewhere.
