Needing nausea medicine and they will not do that without being seen. So I asked if they had an opening today since I am vomiting and they said no! Ridiculous

Have been going there for the past 3 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Doctors and staff are the best.

If I could give a 0 stars across the board I most certainly would! Customer service is a nightmare! My appointments have been continuously canceled out since November, I call in for explanations and I was told that my doctor was leaving the facility. Okay that’s understandable that she is leaving but there is no reason my appointments should’ve been canceled out without my consent or no warning in advance, if the doctor was due to leave the establishment until late December! I would call and was advised to call at 7: 30 am the next day for a same day appointment every time I call I receive a bogus lie that they’re booked for the day and I’m literally the first caller for the day. The experience has been awful I’m being denied treatment, and refills on my medications due to their mistakes and faults and Now I’m being told that I can’t get a prescription unless I see a doctor, but they have no availability! The last agent I spoke with was so absurd that she told me maybe I have bad luck and that the doctors are sick when I’m calling trying to book appointments! I do not recommend this place at all it is such a JOKE!

I have the flu and I have 3 sick kids here, they're saying I have to wait til 5 to try to get a online appointment, but they said I need to come in the office to get medication for the flu, but they are completely booked and can't do nothing for me, they won't even attempt to get me on the list for the online Dr, since my doctor has left this facility, the place is in shambles, can't get a appointment, they won't attempt to even try to help me,

I have never had a problem with Carevide Kaufman. Friendly Staff members and Dr. Christopher Brown listens to his patients. Would definitely recommend if you don't have great insurance or can't afford going to the Big Named Guys! Just be patient and go in with a Good Attitude they are there to help.

I've had great experience here! I loved Ms Ashley (sorry, not sure of her title. Dr.to me!) Office ladies very polite and helpful in dealing with insurance! Un fortunately my new Humana Gold Plus insurance is not accepted here, but if I'm ever in emergency need I'd definitely give them a call!

DO NOT expect to go here and get good customer service or even reasonable customer service. We got the first appointment of the day and wait literally 2 hours to be called back. Then an additional 1.5 hours to be done. This was just for a wellness check. No shots or anything else. I would also like to state that while sitting in the waiting room kids were walking in and going straight to the back to get a room. I guess some get preferential treatment. If I could put no stars I would. Horrible experience and put us behind several hours to leave town.

Let me start with, I’ve had my fair share of long waits and upset moments with this office. But who hasn’t in ANY office? !? ! Today more than ever before, I was OVERLY blessed to be part of this clinic family. My son has a second degree burn and several stitches that were addressed at the ER on Saturday night. When we got there today, we seen NPs Trixie and Maycie. SWEETEST ladies ever. LOVE THEM! They took such great care of my son and made him very comfortable throughout a very uncomfortable situation (his burn being washed and dressed). Gave us extra supplies for the next few days of wound care until our next visit. Virtually no wait. Even our MA Adrianna was the sweetest (and the other sweet lady/nurse in the Texas Tech jacket)! Thank y’all all so very much! From check in to check out was more than great! Great job staff!

I see a lot of negative reviews about service or wait times. Heaven forbid someone has to wait for a compassionate service.
I for one Would not be alive If it was not for the services they offer. I cannot afford Obamacare or private insurance. The staff is engaging and friendly and has always shown me kindness. If they seem slow or tardy remember they are offering a service discounted to a lot of people. I am grateful that they are here to offer that assistance.

I called carevide and asked for my medical records was told to come to the office and get them went to the office and they said sign this medical release form and we will mail them to you it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my medical records

I called ahead made an appointment for my granddaughter for a vaccination.spoke to a nurse to make sure they had what she needed. We got there after taking her out of school to do so only to be told there was no nurse available to give the said vaccination! Very I reliable staff

Unorganized staff horrific experience, had an appointment at 330 pm. Got here early arrived at 320 pm. Have been waiting about 1 hr just to just get seen by the doctor when I tried to ask a staff member I was told in a rudely manner that she doesn't take care of that I asked the front desk was told I had to wait about 20 people have arrived to this clinic and we are still waiting.

At first it was great, but over the last year my daughter has been sick way more than normal and every time I call to make an appointment, I stay waiting to even talk to a person for hours. The hours is not an exaggeration. I looked at my phone and I was that desperate it was 2 HOURS and I finally hung up. Either it’s extremely understaffed or someone is not taking their job seriously. So, for the last year and a half I’ve taken her to the ER and have gotten quicker service than I ever would at this office. I feel bad talking about a doctors office this way but at the same time, you cannot tell me not one person can answer a phone to at least say hold on? I haven’t spoken to a human there since 2019. Anyway, I hope they get it together.

They r very rude when they talk to people. And people that have diabetes they yell at them and sometimes won't give them there meds they need to live.

The wait is always short probably because I set my appointment before 10: 30 A. M. The staff has never treated us unfairly. My daughter was able to be seen by 3 wonderful NP, family counseling & nurse that take the vitals. Whom is doing a lot better. Thankful and grateful

Call and made appointment for just lab work. Got there and was told I need to see the doctor. If that's the case they need to say so. I explained I had to work they told me I would have a long wait. I walked out mad.

Can not get pabodie to fill prescriptions for my daughter.this clinic needs a supervisor over these P A 's.my daughter needs her meds. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This was a pretty good clinic. Now not so much.
