I am not very impressed. They sort of move at their own speed and schedule. Zero sense of urgency. Shipping office staff often doesn't show up for 30-40 minutes after opening. Gate guards are prompt and efficient. Forklift Drivers are hit and miss. If you get the wrong guy, what should be a 20-30 minute load and unload could take 1 to 2 hours. Staff is pleasant and polite, but slow as molasses

Drivers. It's at the end of the dead end on the left. If first time, park alongside road and go to building inside the gate on the left. They'll give you a form to complete and then call you on your cell with door number once they're ready. For a tight spot they do a great job.

Get out of taking load, worse than Cali shipper. Located in coldesack, tiny road, trucks parked both sides, two yard dogs, tiny yard, blind side alley docking a only, lots of patience. If you got this load park on side of street b4 entering, walk to guard shack. OTR trucks shouldn't be operating inside fence here. If you got this load, get out of it quick. We will not be returning to this company until they move to a bigger yard and have sent message to our company along with picks and video of the work here stressing the importance of not shipping for them until changes are made. Have a better day now that your informed.

Horrible shipper. Staff is slow, no parking big mess trying to get in or out of warehouse. Warehouse is made for small straight trucks.

Very organized. Got us in and out per our apt. However very little to no parking and doesnt allow early pickups. And by all means don't drive all the way to the gate without checking in as road is very small and Wil be hard to regroup if you drive all the way up there.

First of all, I dont know if my load is " de rin" these guys are unorganized, slow at unloading, have tons of docks but only use one, and there is a clusterfuck of trucks waiting to pick up loads and these guys still take their slow ass time.

Loading docks are in the dirt, & watch out for the speeding yard jockeys!

They donot even deserve a single star.door 15 becomes fixit.donot know wat that means.why cant they hire who speaks english.cant explain the experience have to be personally present to feel the dumbness of the employes.avoid this stupid place

I was 2.5 hours early from my appointment and I was sent to a doc position and within hour I was leaving and No I don't speak Spanish! Great job
