Carillon, Lubbock TX

We love Carillon! They have housing options for all stages of life. They have weekly activites planned for the residents, on-site restaurants for when families visit, transportation provided for those needed, and the staff is wonderful!

Given meds both patient and his specialists hands down refused as dangerous for him. Staff doesn't listen. Has developed a pressure wound in 8 days there. Do not take your loved one here!

Carillon House is an amazing place. Great staff, great environment, and great management! I’m thankful to be a part of this team.

I have been visiting many friends through the years and am grateful they are well cared for, and happy! The many levels of care, give residents a feeling of safety, confidence in living a full life, and specialized care as they age! There are always many different activities going on there! There are groups and individuals who come to perform, art activities, speakers, parties, seasonal decor, happy hour buffets and desserts, church services, Bible studies, and sign-up sheets are filled up quickly for events in the city! I always feel comforted knowing these wonderful people are cared for and loved!

When my wife and I moved to Carillon 11 years ago.we got permission from ou three children. We, and they, have no regrets. We fail safe and well provided for and our children (who live several hundred miles away) do not worry about us. They probably like Carillon even more than we do.

We moved to Carillon Senior Living Community in Lubbock, Texas eleven years ago when we were 75 years old. A resident already living here told us that he had investigated similar communities elsewhere and had not found anything elsewhere comparable in price, facilities, or service. Since then, at least two newer couples describe the same experience after having searched and visited all over the United States.
At 86, our hope is to continue together in our independent living apartment. If either of should need assisted living or nursing/memory care, we are so glad that Carillon's continuum of care will keep us on the same campus together at below-market cost.
We gladly give five stars for our delight in all the wonderful friends we've made and experiences we've had these years at Carillon.

My husband and I moved to Carillon Senior Living in 2012, and we are celebrating our 10th year with wonderful staff and residents.
There are many amenities we enjoy here, but the amenities are secondary to the positive spirit of this campus. Even during the stressful times of COVID-19, outstanding leadership and community spirit prevailed.
Lubbock has been our home for 40 yrs, and we love it. Carillon’s vibrancy is definitely a bonus for our senior years.

I moved into independent living at Carillon last November. The move has been very positive and I have been pleased with my decision. I am making many new friends, the food is a very balanced diet, everyone is very friendly and helpful and call you by your name almost immediately. There has been something to do continually as far as entertainment. Yes, I know I am happy and pleased with my new home.

Carillon Senior Living has just been rated as the BEST Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) by U. S. News and World Report! Only 7 CCRCs across the country have received this rating and Carillon is one of them! GREAT JOB TEAM CARILLON!
