Rude staff: (Need professional/courtesy training. Booking an appointment was the worst experience I have had in a long time. I ended up cancelling it and got another rude person on the phone.just not what I'm used to, could not believe it. The doctor may be good but she needs to address these issues.

Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Gustovich's office! The doctor and staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Just today for my wife followed up in Plano Location. At the beginning, we went Richardson office. There we experience really good. Her assistance was also good. This time we schedule her at Plano location because of Plano location is near.
In previous appointment, she had prescribed the antibiotics, some creams, and tested the skin for my wife itchiness. At that time For charging fee we didn't mind.
But this time, we just asked about the possible side effect of that antibiotics in my wife's tongue and skin. It was charged us extra 45% more fee.
We got shocked when cashier showed the bill. This time she did not prescribe any medicine and test. Just refer some creams. My wife just got pregnant. And we asked if my still take the antibiotics, has antibiotics affected my wife tongue. Because, it was less blackness in my wife tongue before, this time it looks like spreading more. We thought it was because of antibiotics that's all.
Dr. Carla is good. But her assistance Keelier is rude. Before she asked the question rude way. When we were asking some question with Doctor Keelier interrupted and asked in another visit. I blame here Keelier she charged us more bill. Because she creates bill for the doctor. When we asked about the billing they said we asked more questions. Keelier needs to be trashed and replace another good one. I had so bad experience today at Plano location. We also cancelled the next appointment.

Super Doctor, precise with her diagnosis and how to treat amd medicate your skin issues! Never have to wait and the entire staff is always cordial & professional!
