Carl's Jr., Cedar Park TX

Swag food albeit a bit expensive. Have messed up my order a few times over the years but are generally pretty swag about getting stuff right.

Cashier had difficulty taking our order and nobody seemed to be helping him. Food was hot, so that was a plus.

I don't know if it's because my family doesn't dig this place or what but I always love the food here. The 2.99 burgers are too small don't waste your money.

Absolute best customer service of any fast food option we have experienced. Stopping in here was an accident, but we had a wonderful experience. On top of the way we were treated, the food was fresh and tasted great.

Went through the drive thru on 10/7/22 and the worker who was working the window took my card and disappeared with it for about 5 minutes (did not use the register by the window) before giving it back. Later that night I had over $700 stolen from me by someone using my card number to buy things online/pay for online gambling sites. This was the only place I’d gone this day and after how sketchy he was acting I’m positive it was him who stole my card info. DO NOT GO HERE!

Staff was very helpful, fast and polite. My only gripe is that they forgot the pickles on my burger, but they got the rest of the order 100%. I've had much worse service after waiting twice as long. No complaints overall

I wondered why there wasn't anyone at the drivethru- almost $27 for 1 small and 1 medium combo? ! For this? Hard pass

Not too bad for being fast food. We went here since chik fil a had the biggest line ever. The food was fast and seemed fresh.

Carl's jr is my favorite fast food restaurant their staff members are very efficient professional and with a good attitude especially Beatriz Hernandez I appreciate her nice attitude and her professionalism sincerely

I know this place has let me down and many others in the past. However when praise is due, it's due! We did an online order, when we went in to get it, we were a bit early. I sat and watched as 2 employees on their own worked to take and make orders. They were understaffed but worked hard and honestly the food was the freshest and juiciest burgers I've gotten from them in many trips. Hope they get staff, and continue the higher quality food!

Great food, friendly staff, very quick service. I just wish it were closer or that there were more Carl's Jr locations in Austin, TX.

This location made my trip. I haven't been to a Carl's Jr in over 10 years and the dining room was remarkably clean, the food service was prompt, and the staff members were polite. The full menu availability was over the top for me (I don't like breakfast foods for breakfast).

My first time at a Carl's Jr and it was a good burger. The overall experience was good and I will visit whenever I'm in the area.

This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever seen!? Not only was the dining area and counter clean but the kitchen area was spotless too. I am a driver for UberEats so I see a LOT of restaurants and this is by far one of the cleanest I have seen. The staff mentioned that their manager is always telling them “it’s not clean enough. ” That manager needs to keep up the good work. Good job staff. Hard work pays off

Hahahaha, whats the matter? Open up all those locations in Sa/Austin only to fugure out, Texans dont like you? I even worked at one for a couple months and I am so glad you guys left the state. Good riddens.
