The biscuits and gravy are excellent. The gravy is hearty and filling. The biscuit is flaky outside and fluffy soft on the inside. The facility is clean with a fresh appeal approach so much so I grabbed a card to apply online due to the hideous customer service I received. Staff actually placed his food on the counter next to the coke dispenser. 9/7/2023. I came back for my fav biscuit with sausage gravy. Wow.customer guest service was above par. Tatyana is a true asset to the company. Clear communication. Tray to table service available if dining in. I recommend a place to leave a tip for the elevated service. The quality of the food is still the same exquisite meal as before. A plus place to bring family friends and associates any day of the week. Gracias.

I'm wondering why there is a bird in here. Also stood in the line for awhile an wasnt until i mouthed well looks like another place we go. Before the it's not my job employees to come around. Yall suck for services.

The night crew has no idea what customer service is. You can tell by their body language that they really don't want to be there. Chicken strips were good though.

Came for a chicken sandwich I really don't know what sandwich I got. Not only was it cold it had NO Seasoning. The fries we're OK and due to the fact that this place is located inside a Love Fuel station that's what made up for the bad food

Took toooo long for just strips and fries. 33minutes. To top it ppl were getting food before us when we had been waiting. Lady had forgotten about our order

Over all not bad. The food was good, but cold. They made it and left it sitting before serving it.

I've been sleeping on Carl's Jr. Loooooord. I got the number 9. Changed my life. Ima hard-core foodie and it was so so good what a burger should be.

When we first went to try I was very excited since it'd been awhile since I had Carl's Jr and the experience did not disappoint!

The establishment was pretty clean (and you could even get a peek into how organized the Love's gas station attached to it was). There were some spills on the floor near the fountain drink area, but seeing that it was still wet we assumed it was recent and no one had yet come to clean it up yet. Some tables weren't wiped off so there were crumbs and other food residue left with people being in and out, but we were able to find a clean place to sit. There's enough seating to eat comfortably and a drive thru is present at the location and kept separate so as not to disrupt the diners inside.

The service was friendly and fast and our orders came out correctly while still hot (we chose to eat inside). As for the food, the taste was great and familiar to what I remember from when I was younger and the serving portions were enough to fill us both. There's a lot of options to pick from for everyone so that you can have a little of everything depending on your taste for the day, but the menu is still simple so as not to be overwhelming.

I'd for sure love to go back again some time!

Food is great. The guy that worked drive thru was really friendly and polite, really nice guy.

App does not work at this location and receipt does not print the code for the app so you cannot use any coupons and have to pay top dollar. Go to royse city BK use the app and save some money.

I've ALWAYS been a Carl's Jr advocate but I tried a new burger and OOOWEEE MANE it was Tony the Tiger GREEAAATTTTT! And THIS particular location has excellent service and friendly employees. I LOVED IT!

They wouldn't cook the impossible burger and said it would take 30 minutes to heat the grill for it (even if I let them cook it with other burgers)

I needed gas and something to eat. Carl's Jr was at the travel stop so I decided to have something. It was the best burger I have had at a fast food place in a long time. A pleasant surprise.

Drive-Thru was closed at 7: 45 pm. When asked why drive-thru was not opened, the cashier stated, “I don’t know why. ” Ordered a burger without cheese & onions. Once arrived home, there were onions on my burger. There was also an awful odor upon walking into the fast-food facility. Just totally awful. Ice & melted ice all over the beverage area.

Tyrone is absolutely my favorite! The way he treats you is always very respectful and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the products and always behaves professionally.

I asked for my order to be served dine in but they put it in a bag. I felt they didn’t want me to stay. I stayed anyway.
