We bought a great little car for our son right before Thanksgiving. The seller she was very helpful and friendly. After purchasing the car we took it to our mechanic to have it looked over he found a slight problem, however the seller let us bring it back and their mechanic did the repairs. Great place to buy a car highly recommended. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

Before buying I looked at the reviews and everything seemed like it was gonna go smooth. Stacia helped facilitate the deal and was helpful, Asked for the carfax, wasn’t given the carfax and was given a disclosure stating that airbag status was unknown. Come to find out weeks later the airbags were deployed. I drive off with the car and on the drive back home notice the car jerks back and forth aggressively when braking at both normal and high speeds, additionally, the backup camera screen goes black upon arrival to your destination. Lastly, got check engine light few days after getting the car with me not having touched or done anything to it. I bring these issues up to them and first I was asked if I wanted to return the car but later told that I couldn’t, then I bring it up there to get the issues looked at. Told the check engine may have been bad gas and that I put the wrong gas in there, after showing them I put the correct gas, they said it might have been a bad tank of gas which isn’t true because im now on my third tank and the light that they cleared keeps coming back on. I bought brake pads and had them replaced and today after all the issues not having been resolved including the back up camera, check engine light, and jerky braking, I tell them and Patrick informs me that Omar the owner doesn’t want to do anything else regarding my issues. I ask why can’t I just speak to Omar and I’m told that Omar doesn’t want to speak to me. Claims made on their website and in person is that they stand by their cars, yet when I bring them multiple issues in a span of a week from buying the car, I’m met with resistance and now the owner doesn’t want to speak to me. I understand buying a used car means getting it AS IS, but if you’re going to try to emphasize the car being AS IS, don’t claim to “stand by our cars” when I bring you issues that are there hours after getting the vehicle. Anything to get the sale tho. Given the fact that I told them why I even needed a new car in the first place, for all these issues to be occurring and to be met with such hostility pushback and overall negative energy is extremely disappointing coming from a dealership that made all these claims.

I would love to 100 % recommend CarMart of Dallas. I had the best experience selling my vehicle. They gave me the best price for it. They have the best cars available in all Dfw. Ricky was the best he help me and my family with the process. It was very easy and smooth. He was very nice and respectful. I cannot thank CARTMART enough my family and I were facing a very difficult situation and they helped us. I would love to recommend to all my friends and family.

I had a pleasant car buying experience with David at CarMart. David was knowledgeable of the vehicles that were in stock and ensured I got the vehicle I wanted and at a great price! He assured me they would repair any issues at no cost should I have a need. I would definitely refer others to CarMart and look forward to future car buying experiences with them.
