A 24 hour notice was given and Vehicle was not ready for my drive test due to driver tire replacement. Was given a copy of the post inspection report and information on the report was very generic and no help. If I decide to purchase a vehicle I would choose another location and maybe the my have a different mind set.

The vehicle I was wanting on line was there and I was not pushed into looking at something else. All finance options offered to me were clear and my choice to make. I arrived @ my 2pm appointment and was driving out a little after 4pm with my new car. Carmax really is a no hassle dealership. Compaired to all my other experience with Big Brand Dealers I felt very comfortable and no pressure.

Steve was awesome but business office staff needs to improve their work ethic I was left waiting for paperwork for 3hrs because someone dropped the ball I made to my appointment about 320pm I left at 8: 30 pm this was very discourteous

Best car buying experience ever.we prefer the fort bend store the customer service was outstanding. Buying a vehicle is a nerve wracking enough but with the fort bend carmax crew, they made it fantastic. We have bought two vehicles from them and both times was awesome. I reccomend carmax to everyone!

The service department is always on point.
Eli is the greatest. He's always looking for the best way to serve you without causing you inconvenience, and if something doesn't go as planned, they will TOTALLY make it up to you in some way.

He is diligent about keeping you up to date on what's going on, and is always encouraging you to call with any questions.

They do stay quite busy so having an appointment is MANDATORY.

Steve Garrison was terrific from start to finish. He understood what we were looking for, was patient and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. We are satisfied with the outcome.

Unprofessional. Had to sign three sets of papers because they kept messing up. Had to run credit multiple times for some reason after approval even though we were financing through them. So pretty much we paid for their mistake.
