CarMax, Houston TX

Have purchased 5 vehicles from CarMax (North Houston and Cy-Fair Houston) over the last 15 years and have always had great experiences. The last two purchases were in the last 12 months, and I worked with the same sales rep, Danielle Parker, who is phenomenal. She took the stress out of the process, especially since the 2nd purchase was a vehicle to replace the 1st one, totaled in an accident. She stayed in touch during the vehicle transfer process, called when she said she would, and had everything prepared for our arrival to test drive the vehicle. I recommend CarMax for a simplified auto-buying experience, and would recommend Danielle in particular (she’s at the North Houston location.)

I viewed the car I was interested in, online, and had it transferred from another city. Everything was so smooth. When I got to the store on I45, Craig was our representative and was wonderful.

I got a great value for my trade-in and a great car. I love Carmax and tell everyone I know, to get a car from them next time.

This was the first car I had ever bought on my own and I was petrified of the process, but it was stress-free and absolutely awesome. I highly recommend Carmax to anyone wanting to buy a car.

. Thy closed by 9 pm to 9.30 they stay with me until about 11: 00 p.m. At night to make sure I went home with a good reliable vehicle thank you flora j. I would give u a 4.9 star if I could but the information on the computer was different on the actual vehicle but other than that was great

Bought my son a Camaro at CarMax. Great experience and they stand behind their warranty. No sales pressure. Better place to go than the big dealerships.

The purchase was really fast, simple and the Carmax staff are awesome. We were lucky to have Roel Gonzalez as our Sales Consultant. He was super helpful and understood since the beginning our concerns and desires. I definitely recommend him to be your consultant when you visit the North Fwy Store.

Car Max is the place to buy and sell autos. All of the staff were customer friendly and alert to answer questions. Teamwork is the glue to their success

Went in for an oil change. This Carmax has the most polite and courteous service men and women. From the moment I pulled up I was greeted by name. I walked in the door I was greeted again. Extremely unhappy with the service trying to get it financed through my bank call Max is unwilling to work with me and getting this done I will never refer anybody to Carmax nor will I ever shop there or purchase anything from Carmax again

These guys have been nothing but up front and honest about everything. If there was something wrong with the car within the allowed time, they fixed it, no problem. They were NOTHING like your traditional used car dealership. No stress, no high pressure sales. It has been a delight to work with them; they were professional and courteous through the whole process. I wish more places in the world were like these guys. I've loved it so far.

They never have good deals. If you absolutely need a car they will probably have someone that will finance you but if you can go somewhere else I would.

Good place to get a used car. Didn't care for the guy that was in charge of getting us a car from a different location. Took a 2 hour lunch and was upset we used someone else. Then ended up having to use him to finish the trade in and final paperwork. We ended up buying a different car because the one we wanted never showed up. It was a better buy anyways. Paperwork took forever so I only give a 4 star

Incredible service and staff, great prices, no bs, straight to the point and willing to help. MaxCare is completely worth it. Never buying a car from any other dealer again.

My go to spot to get a car, they are a little higher than everyone else, but I trust their cars.

Super people! Ask for Mr David Smith. Really honest guy. He is a no nonsense guy. No hassles on what I could test drive. Very friendly and patient guy.

If i could I would give this negative stars. One of the employees there gave me and my wife a car that wasn't worth its value a 2012 Nissan sentra that went for a total of 32000 on top of me paying a boat load of interest. I would never buy anything from there, plus the finance company I was given which was santander. They didn't care they just wanted there money and that's fine I wont even trip I just know next time not to shop at carmax for a vehicle ever again.
