I got there at 7: 50 they didn't tell me they will close vacuums at 8 pm, middle of cleaning they turned off the vaccums, I asked them 3 more minutes but they didn't do that: (.
I couldn't clean inside my car at all.

This place is great. They do a great job and I love the number of convenient locations.

The only issue i had was the lack of communication. Literally. I went to get my car detailed. I paid and went through the actual car wash. One guy told me to pull around and park at the vacuums and someone would grab my car. 45 min later, I had to go and tell them that my car hasn’t been touched yet. When I tried to explain to the crew that I was in a hurry, the guy gave me a weird look (the whole reason I got a detail was because the bays were wide open). I asked if he spoke English, and they all said no. I had to show them my ticket and they told me to pull my car into the bay. So I was standing around for 45 minutes because they don’t have a good system in place. I asked what I needed to do next time so this doesn’t happen again, and once more, they gave me a blank look and couldn’t tell me because they didn’t speak English.

Not a bad place at all. I will continue to go back. But I’ll just have to be more vocal in the beginning.

I called and asked about the $100 interior cleaning to make sure the seats and floorboards would get scrubbed, the interior of the car was already fairly clean, I just needed the seats and floorboard cleaned. I come back an hour later to literally nothing being done on my seats and floorboard, thanks for taking $100 from me for no reason, I will be canceling my membership to this trash company.

I do appreciate that they replace the mirror cover but did not admit that the other car was damaged as well during the car wash.
The point is that we don’t want to get the car damaged during a car wash.

I've been taking my car here for a long time and plan to continue doing so. Great services and people.

I like the way the car looks after I come here. Unlimited vacuum cleaning plus complimentary glass cleaning, liquid and microfiber cloths. Professionally run.

It is hit or miss. This time the hood of my truck didn't get clean in the middle section all the way across. Had to finish washing it when I got home since I had event to attend.
Last time it was as if there was not enough soap. This time plenty of soap.

$75 hand wash + $40 interior = 9/10 recommend! Docking 1 point only because there wasn’t a two bucket method for the exterior cleaning. Overall very pleased with results. My car has a ceramic coating and today didn’t have time to wash at home so I gave carnation auto spa a shot. The staff was thorough and quick.

Poor quality car wash. Did not remove bird dropping on the windshield properly. Even the dried water from the rain couple of days back did not go on one side. See the picture attached. Not worth $17.

The better of the 2 locations in the Murphy/Wylie area. Car wash equipment seems to do a better job cleaning car. This location has 2 rotating brushes that clean hood, windshield, roof, trunk really good.

Great service, great staff I will definitely be coming back and recommend this location. Saul will go far and beyond to make sure you are taken care of no problem.
