Mark was very helpful in the store and helped coordinate a project that I was initially told couldn’t be done. Ask for Mark if you call or stop by! The two people who did the installment at my house really knew what they were doing. They paid very close attention to detail to make sure the pattern on the carpet lined up perfectly with previously installed carpet. Would recommend and work with them again.

I had the best crew who changed out old wood on my stairs and carpet on the 2nd floor to some beautiful vinyl wood flooring. They moved my furniture and when done they moved it back. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Carpet Giant for your flooring needs. Thank you Johnny and Mario for leading the crew and doing such a beautiful job. Carpet Giant has the fastest install and best selection in Houston. I measured Friday and had the installation on Tuesday and saved mucho money compared to the Depot or Lowes.

The cost ended up being more than the initial invoiced payment (by roughly 30%) due to oversight by Carpet Giant. The installation also took twice as long as expressed by Carpet Giant which complicated my day due to late afternoon plans that I had told them about beforehand. The installer said it would take less carpet than quoted over the phone, to which I told the sales person and she said to call into the office (as she was off that day but kindly took the time to answer) and let them know. I felt like I was being hassled about it. Also I wanted the carpet waste in case of future repairs needed but nothing was left behind. I couldn't check the house and for the leftover carpet until the next day as I was expecting the job to be done before I had to leave for the aforementioned plans.
